I, Rahul Bhagat am a resident of Ravet, Pune (412101) and raised an online order with Order ID 20528595 on 5th Sep 2020 for some of the grocery items. The promised delivery date was 9th Sep 2020 which was acceptable to me and hence I confirmed the order with pre-payment which includes delivery charges of Rs. 129.45.

On 9th Sep 2020, I received the message saying that the order will be delivered today. But, to my surprise, neither I received any call or my delivery on 09th Sep 2020.

On 10th Sep 2020, I tried calling DMart call center on[protected] multiple times, but the call was not getting connected. At last, I received the call saying that your order is getting delivered, but when I reached for the delivery there was only one CRATE(ID[protected]) available for delivery. Delivery person was Mr. Anshul (Mobile# [protected]). Since there was only one CRATE, I rejected the delivery and the delivery person promised me to deliver the entire order by End Of the Day on 10th Sep 2020. Again, no further call was received till the end of the day and the order was not delivered.

On 11th Sep 2020, I personally visited D-Mart store to enquire about the order, but got to know that the order is already dispatched from the store. I got the order delivery this time but again one create (CRATE ID#[protected]) was missing. The delivery person spoke to his manager and got a message that the remaining CRATE will be delivered on the next day i.e. 12th Sep 2020.

On 12th Sep 2020, I didn't receive any message and no deliveries also. When enquired, got the message that the delivery will be done on that same day i.e. on 12th Sep 2020.

On 13th Sep 2020, we called the delivery person Mr. Hemant and got the number of Mr. Vijay Ghante. Mr. Vijay informed that the order is already out for delivery and will be delivered today. But again no delivery till evening on 13th Sep 2020. So I called Mr. Vijay Ghante and got the contact details of Mr. Pavan, who is reporting manager of Mr. Vijay. This time Mr. Pavan informed me that I need to raise a complaint with the call center and then only the order can be delivered.

Hence raising this complaint to bring your notice about this issue. I request here to cancel the delivery charges and look into the issue on priority.

We sent three emails to customer care but did not receive any reply.

    I ordered from dmart ready.
    My order no. Was 20859964. Since the number of items where big so i told the delivery boy that i will keep some items at home and return in sometime. After returning the delivery boy told he counted and all the items were delivered. Now, since becoz of corona we wash all the items so while washing i cross checked and found my ghee were missing. I tried calling the delivery boy his number was switched off. So i complaint on dmart ready contact. No action was taken from them.

    Please guide.

      Hi team,
      I paid against this order 20648935 from gpay. The payment was successful but failed at dmart. My order was cancelled.

      My bank icici confirmed that payment was successful.

      Here is the payment details:

      Debited with inr2872.67 on 11-sep-20 and [protected]@icici credited. Info:upi[protected].

      Everyday i am following them up on their customer care no and infact sent emails as well but so far no response. Call center guys keep saying only one thing that they are escalating and i will get a response in 24 hrs. 24 hrs? Don't know when this 24 hr going to end?
      Please help me resolving this and getting refund asap?

      D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Please close the complaint, I received the amount. Suggestion for Dmart to upgrade their IT and have fast and reliable system that should help thier customer care people in sorting the issue instead of relying on somebody to respond in 24 hrs. Also, nobody responds on email.

        Payment got deducted from upi

        Hello I made payment in dmart of approx 1950/- through Google upi, it went on processing and then suddenly the guy on counter told me that the session time is out. It's deducted from my account but they said they didn't received it because the session time is out. I already filled the chargeback form at dmart but still didn't recieved any refund. Attaching the proofs below....

        Dear sir/ madam,

        I am from tiruppur, and i was know d-mart last covid 19 period from my friends... My friends said, that all items they issue discount...
        So, my family was too big... I was taken more profit and good do...

        And today, i was going to bulk purchase to my big family... That all items we need minimum 10 to 15 packet every week... And also i was purchased last two weeks... But, today i was push to out for taken more then 6 packet every items... That manager said, d - mart not issue bulk...

        So, d-mart not issue any products to my big family...

        I was more then worry about that... And also they speak to much of bad words...

        Sorry to say this... I said my friends and relatives too...

        Good bye d - mart...

          We bought a big packet (About 750gms) of mccain's frozen aloo tikkis and we even consumed some before realising that the aloo tikkis had a stench suggesting that they were spoilt. The packet was manufacturing in june 2020 and we consumed it in september 2020. The packets says it's best before 18 months. We dumped the entire packet. We had bought it online so i hope the supermarket gives us a refund while also making sure that they store their products with more care in the future. This negligence on their part could be a health hazard for consumers.

            Hi team
            Terribly upset recently i have been receiving damaged goods or close to expiry date products.

            The current 10kg atta package was slit. Therefore the contents is exposed to rainy climate.

            I did not get resolution call to my previous complain on close to expiry date curd

            I called twice today after waiting 2 minutes, right thru the 12th in line my calls are automatically disconnected.

            Dmart is deteriorating, with jiomart available, i think it's time to change my loyalty.

              Government of india calls for card payment.
              Returns to dmar andheri east ouet opp caledonia is deducting 1% on returns if the purchase was thru card.
              The invoice does not mention of such deduction.

                  On 7th september 2020 i shop from dmart bahayender west, the cashier swiped my card twice, i didnt check my bank notification but on 9th september when i was scrolling trough my bank sms i found that i have been charged twice, i raised a complaint with customer care but he instead of providing me the refund he will issue me some letter which i have to submit to my bank, its not my mistake why i have to suffer waiting outside the bank due to covid social distancing, i have proof showing the debit from my account i can even sjare my bank statements if required

                      This is to bring to your notice dmart outlet located at charkop gaon suraj building, the staff over there are quite.
                      I being a lady purchased milk the milk price was 41 rs, i did not have one rupee change, nor the salesman had a change to give 9 rs return, so told him to take one rupee later next time as i am regularly taking milk from that dmart store, but the sales started being very rude and he did not keep one rupee balance. This behaviour of the sales has been terrible. I did not take the milk and i. Left from there.
                      Please teach your sales man to behave with lady customers

                        Ticket received #497941 - re: not honouring displayed prices and prices on products by dmart, s. D. Road, secunderabad - 500003
                        Lifebuoy hand wash: the product displayed 1=1 offer and pack showed a price of rs. 189.00.

                        On enquiry the manager said the price is rs.189.00 and was billed at rs. 178.00 after discount, but was charged for 2 items @rs.356.00. Due to urgency, i returned one item and took one only. I got a refund for rs.178.00 accordingly. I checked the pack again after reaching home and found that the price displayed on product was rs. 189 x 2= 378 then displayed @ rs.189.00

                        My subject complaint made on july 01, 2020 has still been not resolved. I had also sent three reminders in between.

                        Appreciate, if you resolve the issue immediately by giving a credit note for solving the grievance.in case i do not receive any reply within a week of this, i will be free to approach the concerned for resolving my grievance.

                          I had placed order worth 7035 inr via dmart ready app.
                          Order number :20051595
                          There have been so many goo[censored]ps by the team.
                          The delivery agent first handed over wrong order. After sorting that out, 1 dairy product was in a really bad condition and i did not accept that. The refund for this item is still not processed by dmart.
                          Two more items are missing from my original order - no refund recieved for this either.
                          The customer care number is always busy. I dropped an email to the customer care. There has been no acknowledgement from them either.

                                I had taken twelve packets of Amul tetra packs from DMart on 15th August. It has a six months expiry. When I opened it two packets were spoiled. On calling them they said to send pictures and also to keep the packets which I did but since it’s spoiled milk next day my house started stinking I called them again to give a resolution as my house is stinking to which they said they will get me a resolution again I called in the evening as the smell was unbearable. They told me first to keep the two spoiled packets out of my door on telling them I will give it to DMart ready opposite my house let them keep it as much as they want and you can give me a resolution I was put on hold the second time and after some time I was told to go to Amul and raise a complaint for the two spoiled open packets and the rest intact packets to return it and I will get a refund.
                                This is not fare I have taken the thing from DMart they should take the product back and refund me the money.

                                  I tried placing an order 25th August in the morning. The order number 20202016 faced a payment failure hence I tried paying again and it was again a fail. I used the UPI mode of transfer. However, there was twice a debit of Rs 1373 from my account. My bank account in total processed 2746 debit while gpay too showed a successful transfer. It's been days I am trying to connect with your customer care for a reversal as I need the money to buy essentials and it's difficult for me. But there's no positive response nor is anyone acknowledging my email too. All I get is that we haven't received the money. I have proofs that the money is transferred from my account to yours and I don't know why there is a denial. It would be great if an immediate action is taken over this request. It's the matter of how you care about your customers!

                                      I have made a payment through upi google pay. Amount got deducted but order got cancelled. Payment was made on 18th august 2020 and on same date i have mailed [protected]@dmart.in with payment screen shot. Continue chasing on mail but didn't receive any response. I have called multiple times on [protected] but no one gave me proper response.
