The order for groceries was placed online through their dmart ready app on friday 29th may 2020. The order was supposed to be delivered on 31st may, but it was not delivered. There was no communication at all from their end regarding delay or cancellation of the order. I sent an email to their customer service mail id, but did not receive any response. On 1dt i received a call from a local dmart outlet regarding my order they wanted to know that the order has been delayed so should they cancel it. When i insisted that i want it to be delivered i was told all of my order will be delivered on 2nd june. I have receibed the delivery just now and half of the order placed have not been delivered. None of their customer care numbers are responsive. Aren't they a part of essential services under these extreme situations and ahouldn't they be available for their cistomers. Such pathetic service and harrassment, wjere do we go now for half of our groceries?
D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
