Hi, i wanted to raise a complaint regarding order no 17628423 which i had placed through dmart ready app the amount of the order is ₹2592.51. The order didn't get placed and also the above mentioned amount got debited from my account. The transaction took placed on 8th june 2020 and i had also talked with the customer service for the same but still i haven't received my refund.
It has already been 2 working days so,
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I have already mailed 3-4 times, not been able to get response for the customer care. Such service is really frustrating. If this is the case the app shouldn't have accepted order. There is also no phone number through which we can contact and there is no response on the mail. I want an answer as early as possible. Or i would be forced to take an action for the same. This is not how a customer service works. I have never faced such issue from any other ecommerce site. And my money is not been refunded. I demand for an answer asap.
