We have ordered goods vide order no. 17984008 on 13/06/2020 with delivery slot date of 14/06/2020. Unfortunately we have neither received our goods ordered nor received any call from your end. We also tried our local dmart telephone number, but could not be reached.

    I have ordered items through dmart ready app on 6th june 2020 and my one item worth rs 47 was cancelled due to unavailability. Still i have not received my refund.

      We are unhappy with this home delivery service as many items are misplaced by delivery boys.

      We recieved one himalaya diaper only out of two which have been charged in the attached invoice.
      We always trusted in d-mart service but it's unfair to get this kind of service from such big supermarket d-mart airoli.

      Kindly deliver the misplaced diaper to us asap.

          I had ordered on dmart app on 11th june. I used the upi payment mode and the amount of rs 1737 got deducted from my account. However the order was not processed and i have not yet received any refund.

          I had also raised a complaint with the dmart customer service, but the ticket has not been even allocated to someone. The ticket number is #479486.

          The order number was 17906266.

                Hi, i wanted to raise a complaint regarding order no 17628423 which i had placed through dmart ready app the amount of the order is ₹2592.51. The order didn't get placed and also the above mentioned amount got debited from my account. The transaction took placed on 8th june 2020 and i had also talked with the customer service for the same but still i haven't received my refund.
                It has already been 2 working days so,
                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I have already mailed 3-4 times, not been able to get response for the customer care. Such service is really frustrating. If this is the case the app shouldn't have accepted order. There is also no phone number through which we can contact and there is no response on the mail. I want an answer as early as possible. Or i would be forced to take an action for the same. This is not how a customer service works. I have never faced such issue from any other ecommerce site. And my money is not been refunded. I demand for an answer asap.

                  From last one month we are trying to book time slot but exactly at 12 midnight full slot gets booked why no five days slot kept
                  Twice slot booked but not delivered no regret no phone
                  Management quiet left everything on subordinates. We say evm hacked now what about this online

                    On 1st june 2020 i made a payment of 268rs to dmart lajpat nagar store in jalandhar city punjab through upi.

                    From my end the transaction was successful. They did return me back the money after 5 days upon my repeated requests. But i was not paid any compensation for the same for inconvenience and mental agony i had to suffer

                          Sir this is namdev yesterday i went to your mart mart closed at 5pm and your staff behave very bad. Your staff suggest me that you go to complaint them in police station they don't care. Sir please give the service up to 7 pm. We don't want to purchase in other marts.

                                The order for groceries was placed online through their dmart ready app on friday 29th may 2020. The order was supposed to be delivered on 31st may, but it was not delivered. There was no communication at all from their end regarding delay or cancellation of the order. I sent an email to their customer service mail id, but did not receive any response. On 1dt i received a call from a local dmart outlet regarding my order they wanted to know that the order has been delayed so should they cancel it. When i insisted that i want it to be delivered i was told all of my order will be delivered on 2nd june. I have receibed the delivery just now and half of the order placed have not been delivered. None of their customer care numbers are responsive. Aren't they a part of essential services under these extreme situations and ahouldn't they be available for their cistomers. Such pathetic service and harrassment, wjere do we go now for half of our groceries?

                                    It is regarding my recent order 10723496. One item gala deck mop with handle. Actually the delivery boy forgot to deliver handel (Rod) of the mop. He delivered only mop. Due to present covid-19 situation, i also took the delivery on faith and didn't check. Actually he must have forgotten only to give. Please arrange to deliver the handle at the earliest. But mop without rod is of no use.

                                    Another item act ii butter delite popcorn is not delivered. Plesse do the needful.

                                    I am not able to contact through customer care number it's not connecting. I have sent emails twice but haven't got any response.

                                      I ordered worth Rs 6000 two to three days back, yesterday the delivery boy came with a small box and came to my building gate and threw the box down and started asking for payment.
                                      I had ordered so many items so was fishy looking at the size of the box and asked that I could verify the items. He blatantly refused. Also requested him to keep the box at least near the lobby but he refused saying he is not authorized and also cannot allow me to verify the items purchased.
                                      He said if you want to take then take or else get lost. I was surprised at his anger and rude behaviour and told him will complain about his behaviour to the Dmart Ready store and he said go and complain whom you want to complain to and picked up the box and left
                                      Such a pathetic way to deliver items to customers. Tried calling the Malad Marve Dmart store numbers but they never answered throughout the afternoon and evening.

                                      Kindly look into the behaviour of the delivery boy as you are not doing your customers a favour as customers are paying you.
