I bought 2 three fort cloths they are not refunding money our product.. Even though we are in green zone.. Product was not fitting and they were not helping at all..

    I had placed order on 20 may 2020 bearing order number 14447208 on dmart ready app where delivery slot selected was of 24 may 2020 however, i have not yet received my order.

    Request you to look in to same and deliver order on priority.

      I had submitted order for pune through d-mart ready app on 5th may and the date of delivery was 9th may 2020. The order is still not delivered and no update on mail sent to the customer care. The order number is 14125455.

          This is arun from warangal urban, telangana. I have brought 6 (Six) nilkamal chairs from d'mart on 23/05/2020. The products were not the finest one. I received delicate products it couldn't take the weight of 70 kgs. I need to exchange or return the items. Hope the complaint would resolve soon

              First of all thank you for your support during lock down.

              I did purchased grocery, in one of the campaign in our society eisha empire, handewadi rd, pune (411028) on 24-apr-20.

              I paid using credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 2060.
              Now in my credit card statement i could see two transactions for same day, i. E.
              1. Inr 2611.52 - i have received email alert for this
              And
              2. Inr 2421.24 - no email alert

                I have ordered on 19/05/2020 order no.16148056 from dmart app and got a slot of 21/5/2020 for delivery but till now didn't got my order delivered. I have tried several time to customer service but no answer. Atleast you should update us through email, call or sms about date and time. So that i know that will i be getting my order delivery or not... I just want to know the status of my order

                  We had an order delivered from dmart koparkhairane branch under the name of akanksha at sector 2a near zaika on 05/22/2020. We are extremely unhappy with the service you are providing during this pandemic. Person delivering the order is not well equipped with the items neither co-operative to check on the items one by one. We paid via card the amount that was there in the above mentioned bill no and we told the person that we will check on the items and give a call back. On verifying all the items there are numerous mismatches which is very hard to describe in words all together hence i'm attaching the screenshots of the order history of dmart app and the actual bill for your reference. We followed up with the person delivering the order to which he ultimately said there were some problem with some of our orders being in another truck which he was not aware of and further told that he would try to deliver the rest of the items tomorrow by 12 pm or so. No contacts as of now on 05/23/2020.

                  In simpler terms, many items were missing and some of the items are delivered extra in quantity which we didn't order at the first place. This was an order for 4 people staying together in a pg and it's very hard to calculate things between ourselves when it's such a mess. We have paid 1196.23 amount extra in total of bill amount 2504 where this extra amount is either for the things that are undelivered or send to us extra which we didn't order for. Could you please resolve this asap to collect the extra items from the location and deliver the missing items from the bill for which we have already made the payment.

                    surf excel 1.5 kg

                    I had order essential material from dmart app, my order no is[protected]
                    So u had order only 1 packet of 1.5 kg surf excel powder, they delivered only 1 packet of surf excel powder but they had charged for 2 packet, and also i had order parle hide n seek choco chip and they had delivery macho coffe chip hide n seek parle biscuits,

                    I need my extra money refund for surf excel powder or deliver some other item instead...

                      I placed my order on 17/05/2020 i. E sunday in which available slot was of thursday 21/05/2020. Order id is 15911668.

                      I haven't received my delivery yet.

                      When am i supposed to receive it as there is no order tracking system.

                        I had place a order on d mart daily app. After try for almost 2 weeks order got place but there was no delivery.

                        I tried calling cc but can't get to connect with them. Also no status update sms or call. I know i current scinerio there will be some delays. But nobody is informing about the same.

                          None order is received and no communication or intimation by dmart team regarding my order. There is no way to check the status on the app. Also the telephone numbers provided are not operating at all. Nobody picks up the phones

                          I ordered grocery items on 17th may and the delivery date was 20th may, but it has not been delivered yet. (Order#[protected]
                          Also before that, we ordered (Order#[protected] grocery which got delivered but one item was missing, and we called the delivery man, he is not receiving the call, it is always busy.
                          Please provide the solution for this, we love to shop from dmart as all the products are having good quality and give a good discount, please maintain our trust with you.

                            Hi, i wanted to raise a complaint regarding order no 7966425 which i had placed through dmart ready app the amount of the order is ₹1819. The order didn't get placed and also the above mentioned amount got debited from my account. The transaction took placed on 4th may 2020 and i had also talked with the customer service for the same but still i haven't received my refund.
                            It has already been 5 working days so,
                            Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I have already mailed 3-4 times, not been able to get response for the customer care. Such service is really frustrating. If this is the case the app shouldn't have accepted order. There is also no phone number through which we can contact and there is no response on the mail. I want an answer as early as possible. Or i would be forced to take an action for the same. Its been over 16 days no call or email. This is not how a customer service works. I have never faced such issue from any other ecommerce site. And my money is not been refunded. I demand for an answer asap.

                                Hello, i am from bangalore on 19 may i visited hogasandra d mart staff saying without mask no entry this good for all us. I tie up a scarf on my face they refused to that they only mask is allowed.
                                My point is that where our prime minister said you will cover your face just a cotton clothes. Mask is only for medical staff because they are work in high risk environment.
                                So i would suggest that please look into this please replace your work with cover your face instead of mask

                                  Had ordered products online for home delivery, from dmart nigdi store at pune (Ravet). The product basket was delivered with deficient items. One red label tea pack was missing, for which payment was done. Multiple complaints (02 online complaints) and discussion with mr lahu did not yield any result.

                                  We were told to order more things to enable supply. But still the missing good was not supplied.

                                    Purchased date's in the holy month of ramzan, on box the manufacturing date was april-2020 and i have purchased it from d-mart on[protected], batch number - j29 & s20 are only the two batch numbers of boxes which i have opened to check and rest of the 5 boxes are still with me which are not opened, as date's play a very important role in breaking fast for muslims, but was really surprised to see that having purchased from a very known trusted brand which is d-mart, believing in its quality and service, but to a surprise i was shocked to see that a brand like d-mart is compromising in serving the quality of product and failing in its initial job in identifying a good vendor and checking the quality of products delivered by vendor, before serving it to customer's, i was regularly breaking fast and took a date from the box which i purchased from d-mart (Zinda tilismath road) in an surprise i could see a worm which was crawling inside the date for which i have attached the pic and i made a video also and after that when i checked the box most of the date's were found with worms or insects, what if someone would have got sick by eating such products as my nephew who is 7.5 year old was breaking fast with this date's, if in an scenario something would have happened then who will be responsible for it. Need d-mart official s to reply for it, how would they tackle this situation and make sure to there customer's that correct products are served in d-mart, because if in my scenario iam a very loyal customer of d-mart since a long time, but if incidents like this happen with me the surely i will loose trust in d-mart and would never recommend anyone in my circle or my family to visit d-mart branches for daily need or groceries, today dmart has lost one of its most loyal customer.

                                    If these is not fixed surely one day d-mart will have a sunset of its loyal customer, which will never rise.
