Sir my order Id no.4005735 hai.maine 5may 2020 ko Kiya tha aur 8may2020 ko delivered hona tha.but Abhi tak order not received.I am not calling customer care no.[protected] because only speaking busy hai.maine dmart customer service mein mail Kiya but not reply.please help me.

    Hello,

    Place order and confirm by app on 3rd may order no 13623401.
    Order delivery date 6th may
    No delivery, no response of mail.

    Customer care number always busy if we get they cut the phone after hold more then five minutes.

    I can't understand once order is confirmed why they not supply the order. We understood that this time they have lot of pressure of work but they should at least confirm over the phone or by sms that when we get our order or not get.
    No process of order tracking.

    Kindly help support his issue.

      Dear sir
      i ordered grocery on dmart ready app on 03/05/20. While time on 04/05/20 delivery i gave him card entered pin but machine said transaction cancel then i give him cash(rs.2699) then i reach home then i recieve sms from bank that amount was debited . Please help me to get my refund i paid twice amount( rs.2699 ).

        I have ordered on 21/04/2020 order no.11197595 from dmart app and got a slot of 23/4/2020 for delivery but till now didn't got my order delivered. Even not getting anyr response of email i sent with order details on 27.4.2020 on email id [protected]@dmart.in. I have tried several time to customer service but either not getting connected due to continuous busy or no answer. Atleast you should update us through email, call or sms about date and time or if order will be getting delivered or not. So that i know that will i be getting my order delivery or not... I just want to know the status of my order

            Hello Team,
            I have ordered the groceries on 30th April 2020. My order ID is[protected].As per the details in dmart app, I should have received the order by 4th May 2020 but I haven't received the order yet.Can you please look into it and respond back.So alleast I'll reorder or cancel the old order if it is not going to be delivered.

              We had placed online order for home delivery on 27april 2020.. Order number is 12504468. Scheduled delivery was 01may2020. Till date it is not delivered nor we got call. Online complaint are also not responded. Nor anyone in customer care picks up the call. We cannot cancel the order too. Pls help

                I have order some grocery items from dmart ready app on 2nd May 2020 via order reference number 12773288 and it was suppose to delivered on 5th May 2020. today is 6th May 2020 and still I haven't received delivery and not even any update. Even no calls from Dmart side about if there is any issue in delivery.

                Request you to help us provide the stuff during this pandemic time it would be really appreciable.

                Please get our order delivered at the earliest.

                  As goverment said to stay at home for that most of people places online grocery order but dmart is not fulfilling customer requirements.

                  It's seems d mart online service - dmart ready app is doing fun with his customer in this time of pandemic of covid 19.

                    Dear Sir, I booked the order from Indore on April 12, whose order number is 953844. Which has not yet been delivered to me. Sir, you can get my order delivered in 2 days, so it is fine, or if it takes more time then you cancellate this order and send the confirmation message about it being sent to my registered mobile number.                       I ordered from dmart ready order no. 13835901 and attempted to pay online. After payment was done dmart app showed payment failure, repay. So i attempted repay, again the amount of 3734 rs got deducted from my account.

                      After 20 minutes i got confirmation of my first payment for the order. The secnd payment for the same order is still with dmart. Pls do the refunding

                        After continuous 3-4 days of attempts to create order at midnight for grocery supplies from D-Mart ready app, I was finally able to create my order (Order#[protected] with expected delivery on or before 2nd May 2020.

                        Till date I have not received any call nor delivery of my order.

                          I have order essential grocery (Order number[protected] from d mart app. I have received my order but it has been noticed that, packed snack items such as chips, namkeen were intentionally damaged to remove air in packets to fit them in crates. Previously i have ordered items from other websites but i have never seen such poor service. With ongoing covid 19 pandemic how safe will these damaged packets to consume? I can consider late delivery 1 day late delivery of my items also can consider damaged oil packet but other items are damaged intentionally.

                              Hi team,

                              I have booked grocery items through dmart online app, however order is not receievd. And order no. Is 12346646 and delivery date was 30the april.

                              I have tried multiple times to malad dmart to check my order status but no response on call and even on email.

                              I understand the current situation but we can atleast respond to customer via email or sms.

                              Please let me know the exact status and get it deliver asap.

                                I have ordered some items from dmart through its online service on 28/04/2020. This is the forth time i have ordered and every time some items received instead of other but can be used/serve the purpose. But on 29/04/20 i have received 05 packets of kasturi methi (Leaf) costing rs. 145/- instead of my order of 02 packets of 500 gms of methi (Grain). I have no use of this methi leaf hence i immediately told the delivery boy to change the same as i have paid the bill amount before opening the boxes. The delivery boy asked me to contact the customer care people and they will change the same immediately. I then contacted customer care of dmart sangath mall – ii, sabarmati through their number[protected] from where the material is received, but the customer care person taken this thing very easily and asked me to come after the lockdown period. This is not the proper way to handle a customer who has received wrong item and ask him to contact after lockdown and it is also not clear when the lockdown will open. I told him that i will refer this complaint through email to dmart customer care, hearing this he asked me to do so.
                                I immediately made a complaint to d mart customer care [protected]@dmart.in and they have replied that i have to contact their bombay customer care number[protected] and i tried so many times but this number was not reachable. Today i got message from this number that any complaint i have to contact their customer care through email.
                                Now i don’t know to whom i contact for refund.

                                Even after passing 12 days the complete is lying unattended. The consumer complaint number is not answering. Email not responding. Very pathetic service of D mart.

                                  2nd may 2020, one of the employee in dmart (Siddapura, whitefeild, bangalore) behave very rude and he refused to give me the selected items after spending 2 hours in the store. There were no communication provided before that i should take only one per item hence whatever was required everything i have collected and gone for billing. From there they said they will be providing only one item and he was demanding about the company id where i work and he made a statement if i show the company id, he will provide all the items. This feels insulting me in front of all other customers and i returned all the items back.
                                  Moreover he was least bothered about the consumer court complaints and the store manager challenged me to file a complaint against the store. Hence i want you to take this forward and request you to take necessary action on this

                                        Mr radha krishna damani owner of dmart what service are you giving to the people who make a you a billionaire,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i have been trying to place order online from your website since past more than 10 days but after entering everything that i need it takes me to the time slot page and wont allow me to select anytime the page is in grey area so how much ever i order it doesn't allow me to select the time slot, really terrible service in this lock down where we are stranded cant buy our needs whats the point you earning in billions do something to help the citizens in this crisis time. And no one replies to any emails as well. Most pathetic service and people in this tough times.
