I have purchased surf excel 4 k.g ( 2 packet Rs. 446*2=892) and Society tea 1k.g Rs.409/-. bill no.=[protected], date=22.04.2020, malad- link road, mumbai - dmart branch. Bill time-1.49 p.m. BUT on dmart online site the rate of surf excel (2 packet Rs.422*2=844) and society tea Rs.307. SO YOU HAVE CHARGED ME EXTRA MONEY .SO PLEASE REFUNED MY MONEY. My name is deepak verma, i have order online by dmart aapp and i received at[protected] order id 8914680.
I ordered some of items but at the time of delivery they deliver alternate items and delivery boy said some of items are out of stock then we change items in your order from which items are available in store.
I order nirma wahing powder they given wheel washing powder, i order nirma det. Cake they given rin cackem i order...

I and one of my friend placed 2 different orders for same location for delivery on same date. Dmart delivered order no. 8230993 partially only stating that the other items are not available. But they did not deliver the order no.: 8230746. They called and stated that 'your location is more that 4 to 5km, so can't deliver'. The lady who spoke does not know the location and simple she stated that. But actually my location is within 5 km. How...

I have placed order with dmart on 17 apr, and delivery date date was 20 apr still nahi received my order.
I m trying to call customer care but the number is continuously busy.. I have put a mail on customer care id still not received any reply.
If home delivery is not possible why you have given option...

It's seems d mart online service d mart ready is doing fun with his customer in this penic time of pendamic of covid 19.

Order delivery date 14 th april.
No delivery, no response...

I have ordered on 17/04/2020 order no.10609847 from dmart app and got a slot of 20/4/2020 for delivery but till now didn't got my order delivered. Even not getting proper respond of email. I have tried several time to customer service but no answer. Atleast you should update us through email, call or sms about date and time. So that i know that will i be getting my order delivery or not... I just want to know the status of my order...

I have ordered on 14/4/2020 order no. 10047568 and 10023165 from Dmart app and got a slot of 17/4/ 2020 for delivery but till now didn't get my order delivered. I bought olive borges oil from dmart kandivali 0n 19/4/2020 and the amount is rs 5390. I also ordered the same olive oil from amazon on 20/04/2020 and the amount is rs. 2673/- (Attached both the bills)

I would like to complain, it is clear cheating case, how can you charge me double. I being a senior citizen and not allowed to go outside in this situation and if you charge me double how can anybody trust dmart....

My name is darshan ashar, i ordered on d-mart ready on april 15th morning and according to this app i have selected april 18th delivery, since 2 days i was calling for my order status, d-mart delivery boys since 2 days. Was giving me wrong information,
Tonight the final said that my order could not be received. You will be place another new order, we think that d-mart's delivery boys should have sell my order to someone else, please...

No delivery, no response of mail. Customer care number always busy if we get they cut the phone after hold more then five minutes.
I can't understand once order is confirmed...

I had ordered on delivered on 12th april from dmart ready app and its showing that my products will be delivered between 7am to 9pm on 15th april 2020 but my products isn't delivered me my order no 9702038 yet so i request to get deliver my product as soon as possible or if you won't be able to deliver so just email or call me so that i can purchase from local shop will not wait for it....

As scheduled I go for pick up at Hilton Towers - Andheri East, the employee is removing mask and talking and when I correct him he starts fighting with me.. This is how D-mart is training it’s employees.. when I tried recording he tried snatching my phone.....

Today i received my order but i was surprised after comparing price with bill and mrp on product.
I ordered wallnut which u charged 315 rs on bill but that pack mrp is only 250???

I counter the same with delivery person he confirmed me that dmart are changing there own rates.

From dmart ready app kalyan i have ordered groceries on 13 th april and was supposed to be delivered on 16 th april, but still not received any confirmation. I have been calling customer care since yesterday but always busy. This was not expected at all.
