Money has been paid successfully but dmart staff were not agree to accept, even though i have shown him upi receipt generated by g-pay. I dont understand why such bugs has occurred but one thing is sure that 898rs amount has been credited to dmart upi id: [protected]@hdfcbank as per receipt that is attached herewith. I want my money back

    Today undersigned had a shopping at d'mart cbd belapur, navi mumbai 400614. However after shopping i found one item (Hsn no. 1905, royal udat papad 200gm) is missed from my bulk shopping vide tax invoice billno.[protected], voucher no. S[protected], dtd 30/12/2019.
    The item by mistake may have not been loaded in my baggage from the counter. However it will be appreciated if you kindly look into this and revert. Bill pic could not be uploaded due to its high megabite.

      On 25 dec19 i did shopping from ur amritsar outlet and they denied to give me carry bag for free and also added that this is against their policy. Which is a clear violaton of supreme court order.
      So i put a complaint on the complaint register along with my ph no. They haven't that much courtesy to inform me about the progress.
      So, i hope atleast you give me suitable reply and take appropriate step to provide better service to ur customer.

        I shop at juinagar smart today for rs249, cashier swipe my card twice though i show her money got deducted from my account.

        No manners to staff, shekhar and even manager sameer nair was not capable of handling complaint. You smart people thinks customer are fool and you don't respect customers word. You think very smart and never accept your mistake.

        At DMART Vidhyavihar store i want 2 oil can toothpastes and soaps.At billing counter the manger didn't alove to purchase the product that I want.the manger told me to purchase all foods grain to buy for the product that I want.
        It has happened 2 3 times earlier.i want strictly action against DMART as soon as possible.

          I bought food and grocery today from d mart, indore. This includes "bansi premium dhoop" cone 125 g. The box product was unboxed and there was 10 less dhoop sticks. And last month i have bought grocery and when back to home two bansi loban sticks were missing in my carry bag.

          Please check with staff of d mart may be something wrong with them. I am totally disappointed from this kind of fraud, which is breaking my trust over d mart.

          Please resolve my issue.

            I have been charged by dmart a lot of times for carry bags while buying goods. I have come to know that this it is not legal to charge for carry bags if you are a store it's your duty to give customer a carry bag for the goods he bought for free. No one comes to shop keeping in mind that he will be shopping today in dmart. Some people come from office and they don't have carry bags. Dominos and bata have already paid huge fines for charging customer of carry bags and advertising their name on it. Please stop this extra charging for carry bags or else a case will be registered. Thank you

              extra charging for carry bag

              Hello,
              I am a regular buyer of d-mart rajendra nagar indore.
              There is still extra charging for a carry bag around 16rs and add on in the bill as named cotton cloth.
              The size of the bag is also very small. Sometimes 3 4 carry bag we have to buy unfortunately and unlikely.
              Already the rate of the products are much higher an then this carry bag price.
              This must be stop and carry bag should be complimentary...

              I purchased i mosquito rackets and it's not working. And dmart is 20km out of nagpur and when i went to dmart he refused to exchange. It's bad experience. Please replace my purchase. We reached dmart with great hope from dmart and such type incident make us very upset.

              Please replace my purchase so that i will be very grateful to you. And bonding and trust as customer will remain spotless.

                I have purchased the shoes 3 weeks ago from dmart secunderbad. I wore it only 5 times. The shoes got torn out. The cloth is torn. The quality is really very bad. I have expected the dmart has standard items. Really upset with the quality of the shoes. Please do check them before selling them to customers, i hope i get a replacement and hope this dont repeat.

                    Dmart kukatpally having worst staffs. I like shopping from dmart but who will go their if behavior and support will be the worst.
                    Today repeatedly i asked for carry basket but the response is arrogance and they don't care to reply. I am going to buy not to beg. If this kind of response i get from the staff i won't bother to step into the dmart.
                    I will not continue to go to dmart. I will go to others where i can get proper behavior.
                    If you care for the customer, then let me know what action you are going to take.

                        I am a very old customer of dmart kharghar every month i shop from there outlet of around rs.[protected] but this month the service provided by them was very worst they were having some parking issue as some work was going on in there parking area so they ask the customers to park in front of there mall so please kepng trust on them park there vehicle in no parking zone area but after shopping when people come towards there vehicle it has been taken up by rto people.
                        When customer try to enquire through them about the vehicle everyone was quiet. When they can't provide a better customer service they should not open there outlet because of there negligence and worst work many people have to suffer and don't ask sorry for there deeds i am not trying this to get a compensation but at least they should relealise there mistake and apologise to customer.

                            We are told to tag our handbags before entering the supermarket by local security people for shopping when we asked how we will manage our mobile phones and purses we were bluntly told to obey the order. When opposed the security lady asked us to leave the premise if it is not followed.
                            We returned back without shopping where we were disrespected and i believe there are no such rules to seal our bags for shopping on pretext of theft, then why do you have so many security people and cctv installed for surveillance!?
                            Dmart is loosing their valuable customer and the trust the nation has on them.
                            We are also not let to meet the manager on this regard.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am a regular customer of dmart and have been ordering the products from them since their inception of their pick up stores.

                              Recently, on 20th november 2019 vide order no: 6182658 i ordered a chings shezwan chutney from dmart and found the product to be surprisingly weird.

                              We are regular users of the product and are sure that this is not the original product. The chutney was filled up to the brim of the bottle and was very slimy and tasted differently as well. The product is well within its expiry limit.

                              Requesting dmart to cross verify the genunity of the product and take necessary action against it at the earliest. Dmart needs to take ownership of the products they are distributing under their umbrella. We are customers, buy the products from dmart because of the trust we have in the brand over the years.

                              A prompt action against this would be appreciated!

                                    The store has charged excess amount in billing by affixing wrong bar code for the product and it happened twice with in one week time.

                                    The price of the product is less than the billing price. They are cheating all the customers who do not check the product price with billing price.

                                    Need to repay the amount excessively collected and also reimburse the taxi fare amount of rs.1000-.
