I have a stainless steel bottle company name champ industries purchase by d-mart KARJAT (MH).
but i fill water in bottle, then bottle was leakage.

I AM RETURNS 2 3 TIME D-MART PRODUCT .

PLEASE LOOK AT THIS MATTER ASAP

I bought 28 items from dmart, and when i to pick up my car one of there employee was watching my cart, when i came home two items were missing from total items.

When i called and went to dmart to complaint about the same, they showed me a video of after i got my car inside, they don't have cameras everywhere, and the employee was standing outside the reach of camera. And they didn't show me any footage of the time when that employee was watching my cart behind me back

I didn't recieve any support from them they did not co-operate even a little bit, even on there mistake

At evershine nagar malad west mumbai 64 your store opening late and customer complaints we make understanding to them but for just second late he refuse to give milk i requested please i am your regular customer and govardhan milk not available nearby. Than also did not give. When card machine not working i support i take there side or fight with customers.
Very sorry but feel very bad how he behave with me yesterday.

I am regular customer for govardhan milk of d'mart pickup store at evershine nagar malad west mumbai 64.
Few days ago when price increase in govardhan milk i asked you should have informed of increasing of rate, when decrease you informed and display papers many places in stores which visible easy. So salesgirl very rudely told me bahar board pe likha hai. This way to speak with customers and that also senior citizens.

Recently I shopped from D-Mart (101, Causeway Rd, River Park Society, Singanpor, Surat, Gujarat 395004) and to my surprise, they are charging customers 16 rupees for a carry bag. This is a direct and open refusal of order from the honourable court. Please help with this matter as they are looting consumers in broad daylight.

Edit: 17th November update, now they are charging 17 rupees for a single carry bag. Is anyone gonna do anything about it?

On 28.10.2019, d mart has given wide publicity in news paper claiming to provide 7% additional discount on the purchase with limits on visa cards. I have visited kanjurmarg mumbai maharashtra 400078, store on 28.10..2019. I have purchased items worth rs.2, 123.65/-...

I did shopping in dahisar east dmart. And at time of bill they swiped my credit card 4 times because of their technical issue. But evry time they swiped my card the amount deducted
And 3, 311₹ turned into 13, 244.
So told them the scene and they said us that contact account department.
And we contact them but now they are doing delay for doing our work. We visited more than 20 time then too they are not working on our matter.
Please help us. I need your help.

I had purchased loose maida from dmart on 21st october 2019, monday evening. But the maida is not at all of any quality. It is the worst experience. I had purchased 1.914 kg maida, while preparing the dough it does not takes the grip as normal maida. Some home i tried to prepare chakli out of it, but as i put the raw chakli in the frying the entire chakli broke and became powder in the pan. Maida is lnow to have grip and elasticity which...

I had purchase loose groundnut @ 137 per Kg from Ambegaon, Pune DMart dated 29.09.2019 (5:31PM). They deduct GST of 5% on Loose Groundnut, which was totally illegal.Regarding that i already complaint on 30.09.2019, they promise me to attend my complaint within 24 Hrs and still it is pending from Dmart end. kindly process my complaint as earliest. i am also going to complaint it on GST portal, if issue is not solve within 2 days.

Today on 1/10/2019, i had purchased glossary from dmart, for which i was charged 16 for dmart bag, when i asked them why to pay for bag they said it is part of selling, how can they charge me for bags if i am buying goods from them it's there duty to provide me with the bag.
Please check and let me know what needs to be done otherwise in 2 days i'll logde a complain with consumer court

On 21.09.2019, d mart has given wide publicity in news paper claiming to provide 7% additional discount on the purchase with limits on visa cards. I have visited ramanthapur, hyderabad 500013, store on 21.09.2019. I have purchased items worth rs.2, 642/- and presented sbi visa credit card and paid the bill. To my surprise there was no discount offered. To my woes the staff are in the sorry state of ignorance with out any awareness of this offer. They were trying to tell some lame excuses. They have no answer for my problem. If d mart cannot manage with visa they should not have entered into such agreements. This offer is totally misguiding customers.

Dear sir, this has reference to your current advertisement for the post of stores manager - kolhapur/belgaum/solapur in naukri, and the subsequently i have applied for the job opening.

When contact the area hr recruiter ms. Abhinita on[protected] asked me couple interview questions and said to me that you do not fit into the recruitment age criteria as my age is 52 years. The officer without further discussions disconnected the phone. When re called and i had asked to officer the policy of not hiring/not calling for interview 52years employee for stores manager post when other all requirements matching to the job is not right.

As i was reading story of dmart founder he himself got into this business after 50 years. Also the recruiting officer did not justify/clarify professionally
To the age criteria/policy for stores manager which needs to amended to suit experience and knowledge candidate contribution available to the growth of the dmart busines.

I was at dmart hongasandra banglore. 17/09/2019 7:00 to 8:pm

I was been trying to by snacks of 10 packs of town bus madras mixter and 10 packs of paperboat.
When i ask them the maximum numbers they told me 3. I told many are carrying 10 they told they are regular customer. I asked what is the standard allowed quantity, we divide what is the quantity for whom there is no standard.

When i try to speak with the manager puneet he asked for my pan card.

I want to understand why he need my pan card. I want to understand is he exploiting the customers information which is against pii and pci compliance.

Today i purchase grocery for rs 3200 approx then he will charge me per bag rs 16 so i said to they person why u charged per bag if i buy groceries from here so u have to give bags from ur side... So that person told me madam aapko complaint karna hia to karo but humlog kuch nhi kar sakte. Dmart bhayandar west. (Thane)
So can u plz take action for dmart n bigbazaar as well as...
Bigbazaar before he charged 16 rs now he charged for carry bag 24 rs...

I'm writing this against getting charged free carry bag around 20 rupees at d mart store at rajendra nagar near reti mandi square..
We are buying materials from their store they had to give us free carry bag without any extra charge.. It is happening because government not taking action against them..
Requesting you please visit their store and punish them.

Dmart is also charging for carry bags rs 16 per bag.. As per consumer right we have right to stop this but the manager there behaves differently and its very much disappointed.. Its store's deficiency in service.. They should provide us carry bags free of cost.. Plus as per law it is not legal to use plastic carry bags and these stores are providing plastic bags also.. Its my humble request, please take action against dmart......

I am regular customer of d mart for the past 5 years across country. When on 10th sep 2019 our family visited guntur store. Our bill no is[protected] of rs 5016/-during our shopping we purchased groceries and asked for other item them staff behaved like anything and there is no customer relation at the store and still in front of all customers they are questioning us which is embarrassing. During the shopping my daughter with us she had one 18 months old and she is crying for the hungry and we asked the bill counter to bill the jersey think to survive our child form the hungry but bluntly said we are not allowed any drinks in store, we requested but they are not agree. When any as security reasons u comes to the store tagged our belonging and ur not allowed any food in the store how can the children survive if something happened to child who is the responsible. You’re not providing any lounge to children as well as to lactating mother which is hon’ble supreme court orders to provide separate lounge to lactating mothers. Is is government rules are your company rules if you follow your rules why government. I had purchased 5k plus every time but this type of treatment was never faced. I would have called the police to file case against the d mart. Myself as a legal officer of women and child dept. Being a govt servant with lot of reputation felt unhappy with services. If so u intimate customers before entry. Take stringent action against errant employees otherwise matter will be passed on to media and police... As well as bring this issue to the concern government officials for violation of all government rules as well as policies. I bring this issue to the hon’ble high court of andhra pradesh for the welfare of women and child in the stores and justice to our issue.

Today, 7.00 clock, I have purchaged of goods Rs. 2969.94 at Dmart Nikol. There was to much rush. After collecting goods, I went for payment at counter, my SBI debit card swipe in POS machine two times and informed me POS machine has not support to SBI debit card today and asked me to pay cash or give up material. There were no any notice board that POS machine not support to the SBI debit card. This was not held first time and last with any SBI debit card holder who are also valuble customer of Dmart but every time they felt insult and gone with down head. If it will continue the same Dmart will lost purchagers and company's sale which effect to balance sheet of company.

I purchased the prestige tea kettle showcase price of 649 but when came to cash counter it was said that sir it is of 749 what rubbish with the system of staff cooperation i don't know they delayed the service and make customers unhappy. Whilst i am regular customer of dmart. And this is experiencing on belapur dmart. Staffs also not ready to help out. The hell service at dmart.in the name of customers service.
