Dear sir, this has reference to your current advertisement for the post of stores manager - kolhapur/belgaum/solapur in naukri, and the subsequently i have applied for the job opening.

When contact the area hr recruiter ms. Abhinita on[protected] asked me couple interview questions and said to me that you do not fit into the recruitment age criteria as my age is 52 years. The officer without further discussions disconnected the phone. When re called and i had asked to officer the policy of not hiring/not calling for interview 52years employee for stores manager post when other all requirements matching to the job is not right.

As i was reading story of dmart founder he himself got into this business after 50 years. Also the recruiting officer did not justify/clarify professionally
To the age criteria/policy for stores manager which needs to amended to suit experience and knowledge candidate contribution available to the growth of the dmart busines.

I brought 26 items but in the bill he has added 27 items...the produxt named nandini
which costs 120 rs could you please let me know why this happened
I bought walnut of King company from your branch at upperpally attapur Hyderabad.
All pieces in that packet is unhygene and not able to eat.
To whom I have to complaint .
This is very much serious regarding food issues .I am going to raise complaint in fssai .

    I was at dmart hongasandra banglore. 17/09/2019 7:00 to 8:pm

    I was been trying to by snacks of 10 packs of town bus madras mixter and 10 packs of paperboat.
    When i ask them the maximum numbers they told me 3. I told many are carrying 10 they told they are regular customer. I asked what is the standard allowed quantity, we divide what is the quantity for whom there is no standard.

    When i try to speak with the manager puneet he asked for my pan card.

    I want to understand why he need my pan card. I want to understand is he exploiting the customers information which is against pii and pci compliance.

    Dmart is charging 16rs per bag if we ask for a carry bag. The cotton bag material is such a low quality material it doesnt look like a carry bag and if we complaint about this that they add this 16rs in our bill and show it as we have purchased the bag.

    I am regular customer of d-mart, but due to the today behavior of your d mart case counter staff disappointed because of i have bought goods worth 5000 rs but you didn't have a big bag in your store so that's why i had to come back without any luggage and i roamed for 2 hours and took the goods then i was told sorry we do not have a bag.
    Need to complaint about yesterday's transaction through debit machine on 17th of October 2019 at 7:22 pm at DMART Mahavir Nagar mall,
    My money 6.43 rupee was debited from my Kotak Mahindra account, but it was declined from the shop counter machine..?
    I need the money reversed in my account immediately.

      Today i purchase grocery for rs 3200 approx then he will charge me per bag rs 16 so i said to they person why u charged per bag if i buy groceries from here so u have to give bags from ur side... So that person told me madam aapko complaint karna hia to karo but humlog kuch nhi kar sakte. Dmart bhayandar west. (Thane)
      So can u plz take action for dmart n bigbazaar as well as...
      Bigbazaar before he charged 16 rs now he charged for carry bag 24 rs...

      I had been to DMART on 12th september and they charged 16 rs for a cot carry bag.. they did not offer any paper bag for free...recently read in news about fine to dominos big bazaar and few of them for charging carry ... so quickly thought o[censored]pdating this issue

        Hi sir/madam,
        I'm writing this against getting charged free carry bag around 20 rupees at d mart store at rajendra nagar near reti mandi square..
        We are buying materials from their store they had to give us free carry bag without any extra charge.. It is happening because government not taking action against them..
        Requesting you please visit their store and punish them.

        D mart Mumbai largest grocery stores charge 16 rs per carry bag ...I purchase a 2611.39 and got charged for 3 carry bag cost 36 rs...I really think it's a loot as common people did not charge for such things as this is the against the consumer law

          charge for carry bags

          Dmart is also charging for carry bags rs 16 per bag.. As per consumer right we have right to stop this but the manager there behaves differently and its very much disappointed.. Its store's deficiency in service.. They should provide us carry bags free of cost.. Plus as per law it is not legal to use plastic carry bags and these stores are providing plastic bags also.. Its my humble request, please take action against dmart......

          I am regular customer of d mart for the past 5 years across country. When on 10th sep 2019 our family visited guntur store. Our bill no is[protected] of rs 5016/-during our shopping we purchased groceries and asked for other item them staff behaved like anything and there is no customer relation at the store and still in front of all customers they are questioning us which is embarrassing. During the shopping my daughter with us she had one 18 months old and she is crying for the hungry and we asked the bill counter to bill the jersey think to survive our child form the hungry but bluntly said we are not allowed any drinks in store, we requested but they are not agree. When any as security reasons u comes to the store tagged our belonging and ur not allowed any food in the store how can the children survive if something happened to child who is the responsible. You’re not providing any lounge to children as well as to lactating mother which is hon’ble supreme court orders to provide separate lounge to lactating mothers. Is is government rules are your company rules if you follow your rules why government. I had purchased 5k plus every time but this type of treatment was never faced. I would have called the police to file case against the d mart. Myself as a legal officer of women and child dept. Being a govt servant with lot of reputation felt unhappy with services. If so u intimate customers before entry. Take stringent action against errant employees otherwise matter will be passed on to media and police... As well as bring this issue to the concern government officials for violation of all government rules as well as policies. I bring this issue to the hon’ble high court of andhra pradesh for the welfare of women and child in the stores and justice to our issue.

            Today, 7.00 clock, I have purchaged of goods Rs. 2969.94 at Dmart Nikol. There was to much rush. After collecting goods, I went for payment at counter, my SBI debit card swipe in POS machine two times and informed me POS machine has not support to SBI debit card today and asked me to pay cash or give up material. There were no any notice board that POS machine not support to the SBI debit card. This was not held first time and last with any SBI debit card holder who are also valuble customer of Dmart but every time they felt insult and gone with down head. If it will continue the same Dmart will lost purchagers and company's sale which effect to balance sheet of company.

              I purchased the prestige tea kettle showcase price of 649 but when came to cash counter it was said that sir it is of 749 what rubbish with the system of staff cooperation i don't know they delayed the service and make customers unhappy. Whilst i am regular customer of dmart. And this is experiencing on belapur dmart. Staffs also not ready to help out. The hell service at dmart.in the name of customers service.

                I am regular customer of d-mart, but due to the yesterdays behavior of your d mart staff (Mr surjeet singh etc) i am really disappointed. I have following questions to answer.

                1.) yesterday i did around 1 hour of shopping along with some of the deo's etc, but at the time of billing your staff member opposed me to purchase deo's more that 2, when i asked the policy he was unable to show such policy.

                2.) incase their is such policy with d-mart than it should be written with the product that maximum of 02 deo's, nobody is allowed to purchase.

                3.) the general instructions are written as that the right of quantity is with d-mart, and i think support staff is making undue advantage of this.

                4.) we are 12 members in a family and i am in govt job and also our festival is coming in next week, that is why i purchase deo in quantity more than 2. Now still their is policy that no one can buy more than 02 than it should be clearly written with the product otherwise your salesperson take a undue advantage of the same.

                5.) once i requested to raise a complain first of all they didn't provide the complain number at last they had given the number[protected] which is the lalkothi store number, it means the person who is writing the complain is a local store person, than you can understand the resolution of the problem.

                6.) i requested to provide the complaint number but they told me that within a day the number will be communicated to me which is not being done till know.

                7.) i called to some of the other numbers for the complaint like[protected], but again no response.

                  Being indian citizen it is my duty to inform authorities how companies like dmart use public facilities for their personal use.in brief, today i visited dmart at motera near motera stadium ahmedabad. When i tried to park my car in basement of facility dmart security denied me to park saying only two wheeler can park in the basement other vehicle must park outside anywhere. So i have to park my car in a no parking area. After shopping when i reached to my car towing company lock my car and i paid 600 rs. Fine for no parking. So i decided to look further, i went to basement of dmart and came to know that they are using parking space for storage purpose which is illegal. Parking facilities must me use for parking purpose only but private companies like them use parking space for personal use which is clearly unacceptable. I ask traffic police in my investigation, he replied everyday around 15-20 car owner paid 600 fine because there is no parking facility available and in complex private companies use for storage, even local corporater mr. Patel inform dmart many times but no result. So, if we calculate average 10500 rs fine paid by locals daily for parking which comes nearly 38.5 lacs yearly. I request government to take strict action on dmart to change their storage area from parking and make it available to car park, dmart can charge parking fees but indirectly forcing people to break rules should be punishable offence. Or government should provide public parking in a near by area. This issue should be investigated carefully and strict action should be taken immediately. I can be reach at [protected]@yahoo.com

This is insult the customers and give up goods hense Dmart lost many valuable customer along with me who have SBI debit cards.

                  I purchaged goods of Rs.2969.94 on 2nd sep' 2019 at 7.00 clock but hav'nt positive effort from available staff to solve the issue reg. payment through SBI debit card and I came back home without taken goods.
                  Whenever I go in kalawad road dmart rajkot, there is a lickage problem of something & because of that, all parking area turned into swimming pool so it's very difficult to park. Many bikes were slipped & also small kids because of water in the floor. I have been seeing this problem by last 6 months but still no resolution.

And after reaching home when we opened the same, the smell of powder is worst and was not at all for any use. It look like sand and very bad and worst smell which was thrown immediately in dustbin. Photo attaching.. Kindly advice the company to check properly and discontinue the same.

                      I purchase grocerry from d mart from 5 yearstoday at 9.30 pm i visited ur d mart at vejalpur jivraj park ahmedabad... And today it was worst experience ever i had in past 5 years... A lady o[censored]r staff started shouting at me... Just bcoz i paid the amt in 10 rs coins... And she order me that i will not accept ur money just bcoz its coin and i ll not accept ur coins... Is 10 rs coins is not a legel tender???... And one more thing she was not wearing her name card... So i dont get her name... Hope u will take some steps...

                        I am a regular customer and purchased goods worth rs1600 in dmart hennur main road bangalore when i finished billing there was heavy rain fall at 9.30pm and i stood inside the shop premises for 1hour as i had brought sugar maida and others house hold items in brown cover. When i asked for any empty rice bag so atleast i can avoid it getting wet till i reach home as i had come in two wheeler but they avoided to even assist and i told please take back but they informed customer service is closed. When we go to reliance fresh the staffs are so co operative. These rice bag and even card board boxes will fetch peanut to such a big organisation but the staff are totally worst they don't give any thing even if customer goes to metro cash and carry they give us empty boxes if we request. I request you to think about expanding your business and not by bad customer experience

                          I purchased a remote controlled toy car from d mart store.
                          There were no cells to check the car.
                          But when i inserted cells after coming home, car was not working.
                          Thwn i again visited shop but they refused to exchange the same.

                          Highly dissatisfied.

                          Please advise the merchant to exchange the same as i am a regular costumer of dmart andi will be a great loss of goodwill of your store.

                          Please resolve it as early as possible.

                            We brought 3/4th mens dnm rib28/[protected]@399{sf} the dmart special price 299..50 which i took one no. Size m i put trial for my brother in the house it was tight. I approched customer care in the shop he told it cannot be exchanged are replaced
                            I requiest for next bigger size they told it is not possibole so i return back with same piece

                                Incidentaly, i have lost the invoice provided by the store at the time of purchase....

                                Dear, i swipe my debit card in d mart kalyan (W) after shopping, but it's show transaction is failed, but amount deducted rs 1807.45 on 30 jul 2019 apprx 15:30 hrs. When i ask dmart manager she said you have to swipe again as transaction failed, i paid bill again. She told me u will get money refunded within 48 hrs. But till date i have not received any money.
                                Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible

                                Hi sir/mam
                                The maximum price of sorghum in the outside market is Rs.50 / kg but in D-Mart the price of sorghum is Rs. 67 / kg How is this possible? This is a customer fraud. I just want explanation.

                                  I purchased bajaj mixer grinder and after billing went to the manager who was appointed for electronics items checking before purchasing. There was a weird noise in item so i requested them to cancel/return the product at the same time. Manager told me to go to the return counter and ask for refund. At return counter, there was a lady to whom i requested to return the product. She told me that there will be 1% deduction from the amount of purchase. I asked her that why would i be charged as i didn't use the product, i didn't even take it outside the store. She said this is the policy of company. I was very disappointing from that experience as there is no such return policy written on bill or anywhere else but still they charge to customer unnecessary.

                                  Fortune rice bran oil 5 lit was purchased as per offer 1 lit of oil, packet which was offer was not given. It was very bad at supermarket.

                                    I purchased above company name raincoat from kanjurmarg d mart in last month (It was on offer) and will tell you its horrible... I used hardly 2 or 3 days and its totally teared from inside. I was so shocked that how it is? Is it a last year products? And kept it for sale. I am a regular user of d mart and this time my experience is very bad about the product. I am very upset with this product. Requesting to d mart team please ignore to keeping such low category product in the store.

                                    I'm from Nanded. I am visited nanded dmart on 21 July 2019. I am buy Rin powder 7kg. And dmart discounted price for that is Rs. 444 and they actually charged in bill was RS. 458. I want my differential amount back
                                    So,
                                    When I will get by differential amount back
                                    I bought a Del Monte Californian Pitted Prunes some days before from the Dmart store Pune and it smells stinky now.
                                    So i have to complain about it and hope for the quick action on it
