On friday 24 may i went to d mart along with my friend to manpada d mart
We shopped staff was very good and paid bill
Outside one guy calling us on behalf of d mart coupon to enroll name and number, claiming free movie tickets we denied but he isisted and we both enrolled. He told us tomorrow somone will call and you will get code of 12 free movies tickets.
Next day call came with number +[protected] rinky

I said i cant come due to my requirements and also said i may not be come.
Saturday we did go there because of my office work.
She called and scolding for why you did not come.
I said its my will to come or not, then some boy took phone talking improperly. That why not come.
D mart i don't like that. If someone come to you and insist to join, and later scolding. It make customer irritate please stop that all in front of your marts.
Your staff and service is good but please do something for the guys who are in front of mart, saying its gift from d mart, i dont know its d mart or somthgelse.

    return/exchange of items

    Packed food items, even though not mentioned aren't exchanged even if produced for exchange with proper bill within one hour of purchase. I purchased a go cheese slice pack and wished to buy a bigger one so went for exchange within 45 mins of purchase.. But the customer care guy gave an explanation that it will spoil if they take it back. Poor service....

    On[protected], i visited dmart at bhayander west and bought some house hold goods and a t shirt having mrp rs 185/- and dmart price 149/- vide bill no.[protected] dated 19/05/2019 for rs 2614/- and paid the full amount via my card. Surprised on checking the bill at home that the said t shirt is billed rs 185/- in place of 149/-. I call on customer care number, they reply and asked me to come at dmart for checking. It is not possible to go again to claim rs 36/- difference amount.
    It may be happened with number of customers for small amounts and most of them will not go to claim considering the cost of claim.
    If it is happened inadvertently, it should be fair business practices to refund the excess charge amount to the customer at dmart cost.

      I have purchased a pant with size 34 from d. Mart before 2 days to present it to my brother. But now my brother wants size 32 and some how i am not getting the bill but i know the time and amount of product i purchased and pant has all the tags as it has originally so i just want to know why it cant be replaced with size 32 why do you require bill if the pant had dmart tagline and price.

      The staff working in d mart are very rude as if they are providing service for free. Please provide the solution what can be done.

      We dont even get carry bag for free we have to pay 16rs from our pocket for promoting dmart brand i[censored] charge then provide us bags with no branding surely i will escalate it further to consumer forum if the exchange is not provided.

        Today i visited d mart hinjewadi (Pune) for regular shopping. Out of curiosity, i checked the weight of all the vegetables and fruits on my personal weighing scale.

        Surprisingly, all the veggies were given 90 gms less. I am wondering, how big this fraud can be! As thousands of orders are billed.in my case only, i purchased 10 veggies and fruits.in each case, it was 90 gms less.

        I would request you to look into this matter urgently. I am attaching all the images of weighing and bill as a proof.

        I am expecting quick turnaround on this from your side. This is a serious case of weighing fraud and cheating with middle class people like us.

          On 11th may 2019 i have done shopping of around 2300. I want one carry bag to keep all the items i have bought. The executive at counter charged rs. 16 for it. Even after telling her its a court order departmental store can not charge anything for carry bag she has not remove it.

          Even after court orders dmart at seawood navi mumbai is charging rs. 16 for carry bag. I want them to stop charging for it.

            Grocery items were brought from dmart on 26 apr. 2019. At the billing counter the provider asked whether i want a bag to which i replied yes, he said it will cost 16₹. I enquired and quoted chandigarh case of bata to the person and asked why is he charging 16₹ when the bag is a marketing method for dmart as it contains their name and logo. The guy said that they charge the 16₹ and asked whether i want the bag. I could not take all the grocery in hand and said yes please.
            I was charged 16₹ for the bag even after quoting the bata case.
            This case is on the same lines as bata chandigarh case and i request for justice in this case, this practice of extortion of such high amount from buyers should stop at pan india level. The provider is marketing his products through such means and customer is being charged.

              On 5th may 2018, i visited dmart at nanded city, pune. They swiped my debit card on two different machines and two times the transaction failed. But one time the guy over there asked me to put a pin and i got a message of money debited but he didn't give ke bill. And next time bill got generated and money also got debited. The guy used two different machines, and one of the times, he even threw a slip that a machine generates. And then only i got a message of money debited.

                Dear team,

                This info is regarding, yesterday we had did shopping from dmart of kandivali east locations.

                There were no issue for shopping but after when we went for check-out and we did all payment process meanwhile counter person had ask me for carry bag. Then i had reply her that for carrying this product i need carry bag ill not possible to carry through in hand.

                So she tell me that for carry bag u have to pay extra money and she had taken rs. 16/- for carrybag so i had paid that money and after that she realise the product and she put all product in one bag.

                But one thing which i have observe that carry bag which was mentioned d-mart brand.

                So if they are branding there mart in this competitive world so why they taking extra money for carry bag.

                  Last Sunday on dated 28th April 2019 we have visited DMart store at Virar East and I bought some products Lumsum Rs. 2465.52 only. I have made the card payment, when your employee swiped the card for the first time nothing had happened & there was some error in machine your employee again swipe the card & pay the bill again, so I did the same, and money deducted from the bank account twice for the same bill So I am requesting you please refund my money and do the needful.

                    I have purchased some goods from d mart khammam on 29th of april-2019 worth of rs. 2282/-. Your customer support executive and manger force me to buy a carry bag of rs. 4.5. It is your responsibility to to provide all purchased goods intact. And the carry bag charges should not levied by customer. It's a serious business malpractice, so i have decided to go for legal.

                      Aaj main morning main mere papa ke sath kharidi karne ke liye dmart aaya tha tabhi billing counter par bol rahe hai aap yaha bill mat banana staff biling counter par banana par hamain thodi malum tha aapka kab rules change ho gaya hai..

                      Par fir bhi papa ke samne vo bol rahe the jese hum koi chori karne ke liye aaye hair..

                      Hum kisi bhi counter par billing karva sakte hai.. Vo humari problem hair.

                      Hum aapki company main work kar rahe the tab sabhi rules follow karte the par hum work nahi kar rahe to hum ab family ke sath aate hai hamari marji se biling karvayenge

                        Last monday (22/04/2019) went to d. Mart super market trichy we purchased for rs 4000 we asked for carry bag they said bag cost rs.16 it was too small and it looks like a rice sack totally waste it made the customers feel bad the bag is not in good quality if we take that goods in that bag it will get damaged and things will go in streets and there is no proper respect and response for customers supervisor is not professional please take an action to fix this problem.

                            कल वोटीग होने के कारण मुझे और दो स्टाफ को ३ बजे बुलाया और बाकी स्टाफ को ५:३० बजे बुलाया और उनको जल्दी छोड़ दिया और हमे देर से छोड़ा और रोज स्टाफ को Time पे बुलाते हे और देर से छोड़ते है
                            मै गाव मे रहता हूं मुझे घर आने मे बाहुत तकलिब होती है और ऑफिसर को बोला की सर हमे time पे छोड़ा करीये तो वो हमारी मजबूरी का फायदा उठाते है
                            और हम पर हसते है.. मैने ऑफिसर की comeplant manegar से की तो उन्हों ने बी मेरा मज्जाक उड़ाया
                            ये बाहुत गालात हो रहा है जलगाव D mart में ..
                            में आशा करता हूं की इस comeplant से कुछ तो बदलाव हो..
                            और ऑफिसर बाहुत stochar करते है..

                              Yesterday, im going for shopping in d mart for shopping and then i see engaged deo spray worth rs 135/- in discount of 70% the original price of deo is rs 205/- but whenever i got the bill.in that bill the price of deo is rs 180/- print. Then tehe person incharge said that "aapko itne mein lena padega" but i refuse to buy and returned it. And more i buy 500gm rice worth rs 51/- but when i get the bill there price is 53.86 /- how they don't have any answer. D mart is making fool... Totally do black market in india

                              Please take some action against dmart.

                                I did an online order on d-mart on april 2019, 10. The order i received included a yardley deo which is used and have empty and not even sealed. I believe that they circulate these hal[censored]sed products from d-mart stores which people use and leave and those they can easily supply in their online orders.
                                As it is easy to see that the bottle is not sealed, half empty and very old packaging.
                                And its seriously disappointing from a fast growing brand like d-mart
                                They should derive a better wat to use these used products instead of supplying them on online orders for customers.

                                  Hence, i kindly request you to please do the needful to send me select ashirward wheat aata and replace the multigrain aata, which you have sent me wrongly.
                                  If you will not replace above said item than i am going to submit all complaint in the media face book and consumers complain on all internet side to inform the fact of d mart what they are doing with their customers, proof with screen shot what customer ordered and what's d mart supplied.

                                  D MART as per My Order No.4197657 dated 09/04/2019, I ordered selected Ashirward Aata pack along with other item to home delivery, D MART have supplied me not Ashirward Select Aata as per my order, but D MART delivered me a Ashirward Multigrain Aata by their mistake. Upon receiving immediately I contacted Customer Service on telephone and spoke to Ms.Meera and Mr.Patil. Ms. Meera asked me to send Screen Shot of ordered items, when I ordered from my Mobile. Immediately as a proof from me, I have sent a email along with screen shot to Ms.Meera, and she promised me will do the needful to replace the wrongly item.
                                  To my surprised I again called to Mr.Patil of D MART Customer Service, and he told me sorry, D MART is not responsible for replacement, even if it is D MART Fault and D MART wrongly supplied me Ashirward Multigrain Aata instead of my SAID order of Ashirward Select Wheat Aata.
                                  D MART totally refused to replace the wrongly item, they have supplied to me. Even i have sent them a purchased of proof with Screen Shot.
                                  For Public I would like to inform you that, D MART is not responsible for any item wrongly they delivered to you by D MART Mistake and will not match as per your (Customer) Ordered.
                                  Therefore, Public or D MART Customer should note that, whenever you ordered any item online from D MART, immediately, you must take screen shot of your ordered item and check the item one by one, when D MART Deliver to you, and if any item is not as per your ordered, same time you replace the wrongly item to delivery person and deduct the amount from same ordered. But payment must make on upon delivery and not by credit or ATM card online.

                                    I m regular customer of your mulund supermarket. However i noticed that quality of brown paper bags provided for loose grains like rice, wheat, etc is not up to the mark. Those bags r very thin and not strong enough to bear the expected load. My experience is in bag for 5kg i filled rice not more than 3 1/5 kg, still it got torn. Many other customers present around were also complaining same.

                                    I request u to take up the issue and solve.

Pm visited your one d-mart store located in hirawadi bapunagar i was with my 6-month old child and wife i was coming down by lift with my child and wife with trolley that was full of products that to be purchased your one of lift keeper mr ravondra had shouted on me and throwm me out side of lift he told me that one can only go down be lift i requested him as i am with my family how can i leave them alone he shouted on me not listiend my request also not know me his name while asking his name i request you to take proper action him if proper action is not taked then i would use social media for your bad staff behaviour service and also spread new to everyone not to visit d-mart for any servives

                                      As per given sheduld they not delivered my order is resheduled 3 time still its not delivered yet literally harassing me on my delivery and i already made the payments of it

                                      This the resident of medchal.who has come to purchase in the d mart kompally with my neighbour as your employee Mohammad bin d has denied to sale the item he was very rude to us and drunck there are ladies into the mall please take of this as manager is responsible for the sale as goodwill please take necessary action
