I) open space occupied for storing material including staircases.
Ii) electrical safety seems not being complied.
Iii) preparedness of fire fighting system.
Iv) no control / monitoring over entry of people i. E. Overcrowded. One of reason is on account of non-operation of all payment counters.

In view of above safety of public coming for purchase is on stake in case of emergency / untoward incident,

1 have purchased Men's undergarment at 180Rs. they put all together like with sleeve & without sleeve. & due to that i purchased with sleeve instead of without sleeve. When I contact to them they are not ready to solve my problem. They are given me unexpected answers... I say that It is very bad

    I had purchase some items on 27.08.2017. At billing counter i requested them to update my gst no. So that i can get credit of same in gst returns as the items is for use in my office. They refuse to update the same and said that they dont have any systems o[censored]pdating gst no. Of customers. This way customer is lossing on itc of gst. Please clarify the same. By not geting the gst credit the customer has to pay tax on tax - cascading effect.

      Your security gaurds at surat branch are very stange, they even know how to communicate with customers, one of the main branch in surat in pandesara krushna kumar singh named person argued with me regarding entry time at the 9:55 please i was standing outside & he closed the doors saying not entry on 10 i showed time even tough he is not giving proper responce & very wrost experiance at d mart not going to visiting any day even tought i have visited there more then 100 times but not now, shame d mart please produce some customers freindlyness

        Jira sal rice which is selling at d mart mota varacha branch they won't sell 25 kg packaet bcz they will get less profit and selling last year stock price was 875 per 25 kg at rs. 38.50 * 25 kg = 950.

        They stop selling 25 kg package just because reason is gst. So they sell fortune oil 15 ltr which amount is equal to that. As d mart staff said you can buy in 5 kg package which is equal to 5 total package. So you cant buy that 25 kg as they sell before. What is this # harrasment public faced.

          Today i purchase some material from dmart thane kothari compound.
          I purchase some biscuits and juice, when i come to billing counter and half billing done then one staff at billing stop billing and cancle billing.
          When i asked to staff that why you stop billing she called her supervisor.
          The lady supervisor come to that counter and i ask her for same then she dont allow to take material out bcoz of some more.
          When i ask her that why you dont allow me to take out she told its our rule, when i ask her where is in writting then she started searching the.
          After 10 mints i ask her to show me where is in writting then she call mr. Sunil yadav and he has also dont alow to take out material and started argument with me and dont given me proper explaination.
          I was waiting there at billing counter more than one.

          Wrong Billing and counting mistake also not listening to customer for recount by the cashier and his subordinate.

            I had done a shopping for rs. 600 from dmart, near kartar road in pune on 13.08.2017. Firstly the transaction failed but my amount got deducted. Then i had to pay again. I haven't received the amount yet in my bank account and it's been 9 days.
            I do not have the bill with me though, as i was told that money would be back in my account few hours i had trust in d mart, but it's been quite long and i am. Wondering wheather this is a trick played by d mart on it's customers.
            Kindly get back to me as this is not how your business should be dealing.

              I had done the shopping on 16/07/17 from d-mart, kompally, hyderabad vide bill no:08-0125 at 07.35pm. The bill amount was rs.403/-. I did the payment through my debit card but the transaction failed and the cashier swiped the card again. But rs.403/- was already deducted from my account for the first swipe. On enquiring with the cashier, i was told that it will be credited in my account within 48 hrs. But now nearly 24 days has past but still there is no refund of the amount. I had lodged the complaint on the d mart site also and my compliant id is d-c/tel/hyd/kom-27812. But there is no reply from there either.
              Please reply what is the status of my payment?

                Bill no_ 17-0138 dated 27-7-17. Complaint given on 2ndaug but no reply dear sir, my compaint regarding excess gst charged on following items, 1 santoor shop charged 28% insteade of 18% '"' 2 wim bar 28 % instead 18% 3 wheel bar 28% instead_of 18% all above items are fmcg and not laxary items, it should charge 18 or less than 18%. Kindly do the needful

                  Exploiting customers: i have bought a bagrrys fruit $ fiber muslie, which was and still is listed 375 but they charged 425. I called customer service to look into it, they took my number and said "they would call me in few minutes". After 1 hour wait, i called them to check the status some other person answers and said the same thing, took number and they would call. But no call since 2 days. Any way i called in again after 2 days, told them the whole process but that person was so harsh and said we have so many other things to do, so just bring product and receipt to check. I was very annoyed deciced to raise the issue. It is not about money but we all pay a lot to get good service and quality products but not to get # from your company. I would have to think about going back to dmart, suggest others to choose other source.

                    Above items are not luxury items theses are fmg items should be charge12%

                      Dear sir,

                      One of my friend had visited your shop to buy some things.

                      Though many of the things which he bought had mrp xxx (Inclusive of all taxes) written on the labels, still he was charged gst over and top of the mrp price.

                      Is it right to charge him gst, are you not guilty of cheating and defrauding your customers.

                      This is just one case, there must be lakhs of customers who have bought stuff from you over the period of 1 month.

                      Please let me know the real picture.

                        My GST NO NOT RECORDED on my bill even specifically requested

                        I have purchased certain items for my office use from D-mart, Mulund West, Mulund Goregaon Link Road on 02nd July 2017 vide Invoice No.34-0086.
                        As the GST was to be levied, I had requested the Cash counter (No.AP-34) to add my GST no in the bill. She didn't understood so rightly called Supervisor, who said NO such system is there. My complaint is unless D-mart (or any seller) records my GST, how can I get the credit for GST included...

                        Complain is about GST charged 18% on bill which are MRP goods and it should not been charged as MRP inclusive of taxes but still charged 18%.if the goods are charged at 18% it means it gets costlier than goods which are sold by normal retailer then why should one buy from Dmart
                        I update my account number in pf kyc .but not approved by pf ofc and dmart

                          I purchased a toy tofay at 8.30 pm which was opened immediately after go to home, but it has one wheel damaged i.e. the wheel broken, immediately I reported the same to d.mart Tirupati air by pass road but they said rudely as u have to all be verified before purchasing, how we verify they don't allow to open the toy cover to check before buy in the mart then how we check, I lost Rs.150/-

                            I made purchase at d mart satara road branch on 27.05.2017 against visa debit card no. [protected] of dena bank valid from 01/16 to 01/21
                            For rs.1890.36. On swiping the card there was error and slip showed that txn failed sale declined. However my account was debited twice by rs.1890.36
                            Therefore i made complaint to dena bank. They have informed that there is no credit pending. I therefore i request d mart to check their bank account and check that whether there is double credit on 27.05.2017. If so arrange to refund an amt. Of rs.1890.36 for failed transaction.

                              In past gopal namkeen locally manufactured was available in the crystal mall stores rajkot. Since last 2 months it is not available and other products are added which is costlier than gopal. Complained to stores manager but nothing is done. I asked for higher authorities name but stores manager replied ther is no one above me. I have come across in foram also stores mangaer is everything nobody above him. Really strange management governance. I have not come across such type of management.

                                Hi,

                                Most of the delicate and perishable products are not handled with proper care leading to most of the items being crushed/crumbled/broken/not fit for consumption and leaves a bad experience as a consumer. I stay next to d-mart and have seen how the handlers throw around the boxes containing the products every day. Most of the biscuits, packet of chips or other such edibles have been crushed entirely or from a particular and hence we as customers have to constantly check which one is least damaged and can be purchased. Would request you to sensitise all the employees that the products should be handled with care and not thrown around as if it were garbage.

                                  My bill cm no 08-0253 dt 07.06.17 rs.6475.33 at satara road pune was paid through debit card. At first boi card showed error on the billing counter, so i gave sbi card for bill payment. But the bill amt was deducted from both the cards. I have rcd such msgs from both the banks. So pl arrange to refund excess amt paid to you and inform me accordingly.

                                    Hi I am Panchamgam Sreedhar. On 27th may'2017 I had made purchase at D Mart kompally worth INR 990.00. I made the payment using Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit Card which was debited from my account. But as per the staff due to server failure the receipt came in as Transaction reversal. I was made to pay again using another debit card which I did. I was assured that amount will be credited back to my account which did not happen yet. I called kompally branch to register my complaint but it's been two days and I am yet to receive any mail confirmation regarding my complaint. I was told that they have quota system for generating complaints to bank for fund reversal in daily basis. This makes me think D MART transaction reversal often happens to the extent that they have come up with daily quota system.
