I was going for shopping in d_mart hinjewadi pune, after taking all the goods, i was gone for the payment the mode of payment by me was epayment, at the time of payment, the cashier give me the sleep, bt i got the information that the deduction was made twice time, i called up the manager immediately. inspite of seeing the mischarge they said it happens, and they demanding me the banks details about transaction,

The interaction with the D Mart staff today is the worst thing I had ever experienced. After completing my shopping and paying the bill when I bring trolley outside the gate of Bhopal D Mart ( Hoshangabad Road), the D Mart officer shouted on me to not ride the trolley 5 meters away from the gate to my car... He starts pushing me, when I asked him to call his boss, then Mr Kalichand Sharma (boss) came with two three guards and start misbehaving...all 6-7 people started to fight ... make me feel really unsafe... then I ask the return counter to return everything of what I shop ... The return officer ask one guard to help me to put the stuff into my car... very unprofessional, unethical and bully way used by the staff... wish to seek an apology from DMart official for this worst shopping experience.
