Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to draw your attention about my experience at Kharghar D Mart. I bought three shirts (each costing Rs 399) about more than a month back. I took trial of same company(JAFF) shirt of same size as provided by store lady. Out of these, two shirts fitting was found perfect however when I opened third shirt before two weeks, it was quite tight on sleeves. therefore I went to D-Mart customer care and told the customer care person about this and I told that I do not have bill but tags are still attached to my shirts so you can trace back. But that person was quite rude and told that since I do not have bill shirt can neither exchanged or refunded. Therefore I registered a complaint in complaint register. After a week, Asstt manager Mr Suraj called me and told to come to store and meet him, he will arrange for exchange of shirt. I said I will come on comming Sunday. On last Sunday when I went to D Mart customer care with that shirt and enquired about him, he did not show courtesy to even meet me. Customer care person talked to him over intercom and told me to wait. I waited for about an hour standing on the window. When I asked in between what is happening, he said we are checking, finally after about an hour he told me that he could not track the tag of shirt in system therefore he can't do anything. Then again I asked for Mr Suraj, he said he is busy. Then I could not have patience and came back.
I fail to understand when Mr Suraj called why he did not meet me? When I bought shirt from there why they kept me standing for an hour, does this take one hour to trace the bar code in system? This is quite humiliating, indirectly they told me that I am lied.
Now for sure I will not buy any garments from DMart as they are not of quality and even staff is not courteous.

    Dear sir/ma'am,

    I was visited to d'mart (dhokali naka - thane west store) on 03rd august for purchasing some essentials post i used my master debit card for billing purpose but somehow i forgot to take it back. after realizing that i forgotten my debit card at d'mart i immediately rushed back to d'mart (within 24hrs) but they destroyed my debit card.
    After some arguments they told me to go and registered the complaint against us.
    Now my bank charged me rs. 230, this must be reimbursed to me through d'mart

    I purchase my monthly groceries from D-Mart, Baner. On checking the bill (CM No 10-0178), I found that one item (cost Rs. 849) has been billed twice, and the total amount has also been infated by 100. On visiting the store they refused to refund.

      Hi. I wanted to buy green tea packets, but was given just 4 quantity of it. On asking the manager p nagi reddy i was informed that only limited quantity
      Is given to the customer. I agree that there can be restrictions on the quantity, but can the quantity decided on the mood of the manager? One of the fellow customer who tried to support me was denied a single packet stating that she is part of my family and only 4 quantity can be provided per family.

      Can i get an explanation of why this restriction was imposed, specially on her, stating that she is part of my family. Had d mart started some family

      Restriction scheme on behalf of government and how can the manager restrict another customer to buy green tea packets? I had clearly explained that i have heath issues and need to green tea, being rich in anti oxidants is useful for my health and that i am not going to do black marketing or sell it outside d mart which will reduce their sale. Please do not keep offers if you are not capable to provide it. Was is not easy for e to get 4 different bills in

      Restrict it, i request d mart to do a complete background check of my family and certify my family members, so that this problem is not faced by other me again and i am insulted in front of everyone.

      I am going to take this matter to public sites if i do not get a proper reply/ reason from d mart by the noon of 10th aug. We are genuine customers and we really know how to take actions. Gone are the days when the store people can cheat customers and fool them.

      After this kind of treatment how can you people stamp "thanks visit again" with a big smile? Do you think that customers will visit the store next time

        My name is sangam garg.. and lived in kanjurmarg (west). i went in dmart (kanjurmarg) in evening..08/08/2016. i went in changing room for trial a new tshirt... i hang my tshirt (that i wear on hanger) in trial room. then i came out to buy a paint. when i return back for trial paint, my shirt was not there. i found my shirt was not there. i asked to security he said, i dont know. he gave not any proper answer. and my shirt was lost.
        Ir plz tell me what to do..

          D- Mart has taken money from us for a biscuit packet that was not taken by us. We bought many things and were not able to understand whether we really took that or not. When we checked the receipt at home, then only we understand that the biscuit packet is not with us for which we had to pay. Again today they took Rs. 20 money from my husband for a carry bag which they told that I took it from them to put my things. But the truth is I used an old bag which I brought from home. I was not aware they took money for the bag from my husband as I was waiting outside. Afterwards when my husband told about that then only I came to know. I am trying to call D- Mart but no one is receiving the call.

            D-mart security guard are very rudely behave with ladies and children they are using bad language with them and i told them that stop otherwise i will fill the against complain you then they told me that go get lost and do whatever you do and their colleague's are laughing and they are also told us call chief minister he will also not do anything o[censored]s. They are no fear about any one including chief minister. So their security is 3rd class security what i told about that brain less people's.

              This happens with me everytime i visit demart. Everytime if i purchase anything from demart which has a free gift free on the main product, they fail to give me the free gift.
              When happend in the begining i ignored, but now this is happening everytime. This is in regards to mira road demart.

                I visited on that i pickup ghee patanjali rate was display rs.450/ but m r p was rs. 460, but in that bill they refuse to give me the product on display price. I feel it is cheating to the coustomer.

                  I did a shopping in d-mart seawoods (west), navi mumbai outlet yesterday date: 06.07.16 where they did the billing wrong. they charged me extra by adding additional stuff worth rs. 150 approx which i did not buy. i could notice it only after reaching home.
                  I) i bought 1 tadka pan for which they chrged me for 2 in nos. hence, instead rs. 129, they charged rs. 238/-
                  Ii) i bought garbage bag the price of which was mentioned as...

                    Every month me and my family purchase all grocery and useful material from dmart nut as per my whole experiance i inform to you your customers complaint service desk first time not responded positively.
                    We are purchase one pressure cooker dated on 25th may 2016. Prestige apple plus which is base on induction but after one week i observed cooker top side continuously flowing water so my normal gas (Shegadi) damage. Also cooker base is induction but this cooker was not working on induction glass also.
                    After that yesterday i visited to dmart and meet to prestige support team she said cooker top side flowing water was not a problem. Kindly use as it is and she again reply we will check induction base and reply on tomorrow.

                    So, kindly note that i am not accepted above reason. Because contiously water flow is not good for my another accessories and without induction cant accept this product for use.

                    Request you to please check and resolve on priority.

                      Hi, i just visited your above address. After shopping we had ice cream at one of the counter. After taking first bite immediately we came to know that its spoiled food. We spoke to the vendor he also tested it & confirmed that its spoiled & asked us to throw the cones. After this i wanted to lodge complaint & spoke to store manager mr. Jatin, he tested the ice cream & said no issues. I told om that kids are vomitibng after having the ice cream but his attitude was like "who cares". I asked d mart to give me some samples certifying that ice cream has been purchased from them which they refused. I told the manager that will complained to food authorities but his reply was again like "we dont care",

                        Very goodevening!!!

                        Today i had a very bad experince at ramanthapur d-mart hyd store.
                        I went for shopping when i took the shaving blades packet something leaked from that packed & felldown on my costly shirt ₹2, 300/-. Same i complaint to store manager mr. Durga prasad but he spoke to me very lightly manner did'nt take any action when i ask him to help me out in this regard. I am middle class family person that shirt i purchased two days ago, for your reference see the pic of shirt color changed.


                        Note: i am expecting d-mart to replace my shirt or pay me ₹2, 300/- on urgent basis. One request please train store manager in such away that he should understand the pain of customers.

                            I am a regular customer of dmart warangal location every month i do shopping worth of atleast rs 5000 to 10000 . Yesterday i visited d mart and in parking place some one has pulled his bike and went away so there was an empty space so i went to park my vehicle and the security was so rude and did not let me park and he started pulling my bike with his hands and i felt very bad . Is this is the way of welcoming a customer and i went away without shopping i feel bad to say dmart warangal has lost a loyal customer just because of rude behaviour of security in parking place. One more thing always preference is given to customers who come in cars and two wheeler customers are treated very badly . So this is the kind of the environment you are providing to your customers. I request the mangers or officials of dmart warangal to do some thing about it as i am not coming back to shopping and i will share this to my friends and relatives.

This is to inform your that i recently purchased (Thane Dmart near Hiranandani Meadows)Moong Dal from Dmart, When I used it to prepare food the quality was absolutely pathetic. There are pests in it. If you look at the dal its powdered and there are pests in it and most the dal is full of holes.

I am regular customer of d-mart since last 3 years and i am satisfied with it.but currently in my last shopping i found some unacceptable thing which is very dangerous for health so i can't ignore this.i think all products should be re-check at all d-mart branch by food safety department of government and also necessary action should be te taken
