Rajendra Nagar, Indore (M.P.), PIN-452012, is involved in fraudulent and unethical activities. They had given me torn packet of turmeric and sugar. When I went for returning these items, they did not take it back. Such kind of nonsense and stupid activities are going on in this inferior store. Thereafter I received a call from mobile number [protected]. He assured me that items would be taken back. I reached again at store, but items were not taken back. Few days back, few thief employees of this store, had stolen my packets of kaaju, kismis and badaam(Almond). D Mart packs less quantity and puts strip of higher quantity on packets. Also quality of product is third rated. Few employees of this store, hardly bathe and stink very badly. It is unbearable smell, if they stand in close proximity to the customer. I doubt, few employees, may be having contagious disease also. Hence never purchase any item from this store. There are far far better places in Indore, to shop compared to this third rated store of D Mart . All this, I am saying on the basis of my first hand experience with this store . Overall experience is Worst store, Rajendra Nagar Indore (M.P.) store of D-Mart. It would be in wider public interest and very good if this third rated store of D Mart, is closed forever and nonsense and stupid employees are terminated from job. Worst store, Rajendra Nagar Indore (M.P.), PIN-452012 store of D-Mart.

    On 7th of July, 2023. I have ordered and paid but later the status showing payment failed and they did it. When I checked my bank account statement my money was debited from my account. So when I called them they said I haven't placed any order and showing no transactions even after providing all the details for the refund process they are still giving false hope that your money will get you soon and I am hearing this daily whenever I call...

    I purchased DHomes Vacuum Bottle along with some other items in DMart located in Quarry Market Road, Rajamahendravaram on 6th of July 2023 and paid an amount of 3351.40 with Amazon Pay ICICI card.

    Now, when I approached the mart people and asked to exchange the product, they are insisting for a bill. Unfortunately, I lost my bill. But as I believe, you people can have the option of generating a duplicate bill or check in your data base or send the bill link on my mobile.

    I request you to check any of these alternatives and allow the exchange of the product.

        I placed my order on July 1st, and it has still not been delivered. I booked a slot for the 2nd of July, and today is the 10th. I paid the entire amount, including delivery costs, online.
        I reached the customer service line, but it was constantly busy. I even emailed customer service but received no answer.

        I don't understand why they don't provide the order once it has been confirmed and payment is made. Even though today is July 10th, the order status still shows that it is rescheduled for July 3rd.

        Everything is in the dark. This is not to be expected from a company like Avenue Supermarkets.

          I am Rajesh business man in coimbatore. Every month I am purchased more than 10000 with d Mart sulur or Chinniyampalayam coimbatore branch.
          Today 09.07.2023 also visited your Chinniyampalayam store for purchase of monthly provisions.

          I asked 5 kg bags to your one of employee sathiya Priya, she refused to give 2 bags. I am purchased sugar more than 5 kg and lot of time bag damaged at the time of carrying goods to billing and store to car, so asked 2 bag for packing sugar. She very very indecently behaved and also shouting me and same behaviour her supervisor Mr Saravanan, he told me upto billing only we take care car and damaged you only managed. Also ask me to left the shop we are providing one cover only.
          This type of staff behaviour how to buy the goods with d Mart. We are think d Mart is also doing social responsibility, but both your staff mis behaviour and poor customer service, hereafter will not purchase with d Mart and also I will same inform to our friends and relatives.

          Kindly take proper disciplinary action against your Chinniyampalayam d Mart branch staff sathiya Priya and supervisor Mr Saravanan.

            We have placed order on 4th of July, which was not delivered till 7th july, on calling customer care they are just giving false committed of delivery. On calling the delivery agent for delivery, his response was my shift is over so icant deliver the order.
            So i have cancelled the order on 7th july, but still status is showing as undelivered after 24 hours. Also receiving calls from dmart ready that we will deliver the order on next available slot. Customer care executive is saying they need 24 more hours for cancellation and ignore the mails or calls we are getting. This is mental harassment fromdmart ready and they are using my money from more than 4 days.

                    I had placed my monthly ration order on 30.06.2022 against Shipment No.[protected]. I selected the morning slot of 7.00 to 9.30am ft. 01.06.2023 and made advance payment.

                    On 1st June 2023 I got the message ON THE WAY: Your Shipment#[protected] is out for delivery and will be delivered today between 07:00 AM-09:30 AM. - DMart Ready
                    But later I got message of delivery getting delayed. At 10.00 am I got a call from delivery boy that my order is wrongly Given To HIM he is taking care of delivery area other than mine which is 1 to 1.5 km away from my residence.
                    I requested him to deliver as some items were urgently needed to my mother for Pooja that day.
                    He assured he will try or will surely delivery in next slot.
                    We waited by evening 5.00pm I started doing follow up with customer care service which have nuts trained like parrots with fixed words answer saying sorry and surely deliver. To tell me my time of delivery each one asked either 1/2 an hour or 1 hour but non called me back. After every hour I called them back again a sorry and they assured on 2nd morning same time slot 7.00 to 9.30am I shall get my order.
                    Today also I called up at 10.00am but again he asked for 1 hour to tell me when will I get my order and there is no status update or delivery from D Mart it's 2.30 pm now.
                    Tired of doing follow up with these irresponsible people. I had to purchase the items I needed urgently from store near my house .
                    Still D Mart service Team either customer care or delivery guys are enjoying their Sunday 02June 2023.

                      Original delivery date was Mon 26th June. Delivery man came with order but 2 items were not supplied. Hence goods were taken back. New delivery date was today, Tue 27th June morning. However, no communication has been received when goods will be received.
                      If there is short supply, then balance goods should be sent next day as we have paid delivery charge for full consignment. It is not correct to ask customer to accept short supply and refund cost of not supplied items.
                      I am stuck with Dmart now as card payment has been made.
