Subject: Request for Expedited Salary Clearance

My name is Vikas Dangodra, and I joined [dmart ready pub code AAEN] on May 30th, 2023. However, I have received a partial salary payment from a third party, Shri Krupa S., covering only a period of 10 to 12 days. This amount is significantly lower than what I expected, considering the duration of my employment and my contributions to the company.

    I have asked for Jeeru jeera masala
    drink bottle, qty 4 bottles 2 litter each.
    They supplied 4 bottles of masala soda drink .
    I have made complain but no action till date.

    Is this the way DMart deals with customers.

        I had placed my monthly ration order on 30.06.2022 against Shipment No.[protected]. I selected the morning slot of 7.00 to 9.30am ft. 01.06.2023 and made advance payment.

        On 1st June 2023 I got the message ON THE WAY: Your Shipment#[protected] is out for delivery and will be delivered today between 07:00 AM-09:30 AM. - DMart Ready
        But later I got message of delivery getting delayed. At 10.00 am I got a call from delivery boy that my order is wrongly Given To HIM he is taking care of delivery area other than mine which is 1 to 1.5 km away from my residence.
        I requested him to deliver as some items were urgently needed to my mother for Pooja that day.
        He assured he will try or will surely delivery in next slot.
        We waited by evening 5.00pm I started doing follow up with customer care service which have nuts trained like parrots with fixed words answer saying sorry and surely deliver. To tell me my time of delivery each one asked either 1/2 an hour or 1 hour but non called me back. After every hour I called them back again a sorry and they assured on 2nd morning same time slot 7.00 to 9.30am I shall get my order.
        Today also I called up at 10.00am but again he asked for 1 hour to tell me when will I get my order and there is no status update or delivery from D Mart it's 2.30 pm now.
        Tired of doing follow up with these irresponsible people. I had to purchase the items I needed urgently from store near my house .
        Still D Mart service Team either customer care or delivery guys are enjoying their Sunday 02June 2023.

          Ref order no.[protected].
          Original delivery date was Mon 26th June. Delivery man came with order but 2 items were not supplied. Hence goods were taken back. New delivery date was today, Tue 27th June morning. However, no communication has been received when goods will be received.
          If there is short supply, then balance goods should be sent next day as we have paid delivery charge for full consignment. It is not correct to ask customer to accept short supply and refund cost of not supplied items.
          I am stuck with Dmart now as card payment has been made.

                              Hello, yesterday in evening at around 7 pm at dmart indore rau avenue. A man tried to cut line and when other person stopped him, he created alot of nuisance inside store. He even beat him badly in the parking lot of the store and it caused a havoc. None of the security guard interfered in the matter which has lead to losing trust with the branch and the security provided to prevent such actions.
                              I request you to kindly take serious action and prevent such cases in future.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have purchased some groceries at virumbakkam Chennai on 03, May 2023 and when I was about to pay the bill they refused to accept the 500 rupees note which is Little dirty..

                                Store manager at virugambakkam is very rude and doesn't have an patience to communicate with the customers and explain the reason properly..

                                That manager have asked to raise the complaint against him directly in a lethargic way.. which is rude and worst behaviour against the customer.

                                Take immediate action against him and teach the way how to talk to the customers in the proper way.

                                Don't encourage this kind of people in the well known shopping bazar like dmart. and reputation will get damaged..

                                  Kindly record the complaint. I tried to contact phone number on bill [protected] and number[protected] but no one is responding. If I don’t get response by 13 noon tomorrow, I will take further action like FDA or police.

                                        I was paying for my order at dmart ready store with my debit card and it showed failed at their card machine but it got debited from my account and after then i done another payment it got succesfull but my previous amount has not been refunded and there are no serious response from the d-mart and it already been 3 days there are no conformation of my refund
