I ordered products on 3rd and received msg on 4th that the products have been delivered. But, I still haven’t received the products. Inspite of constant follow up and complaints on customer support, the issue has still not been resolved. Everyday I am given false promise that it will be delivered today but no confirmation on the same. DMart definitely respect their loyal customers. It’s a mental harassment.

I carried out a Rs. 741 UPI transaction on March 29. I made another transaction because the first one was showing as pending, and it was successful. The pending transaction was successful later that day, and I was charged twice for the same amount. Even after several requests, the store employees are not reacting appropriately....

2 April 2023, i did shopping in dmart nanded city pune, first idid payment through goay and that time it showed processing. After waiting for 5 minutes it shows same processing then as told by dmart employees i did second payment it was successful full.
Then afterwards first payment also completed.
So paid twice
Then contact to that dmart they said it will refund in 6 to 7 days.
Is it true it will take that much longtime ?

I forgot or lost my credit card at D-Mart on 29 of March and I went back on 31 to take it back.
After complying after filling every necessary details with them they brought my credit card in three piece (they cut it into 3 rectangular parts) and gave it back to me saying that they do it because of security reasons and they can't have these things for more than 24 hours.
I can't see those rules and regulations online, if any see this kindly help me out.

i have complaint several times in d mart customer care but there is no response from team still

Order purchased from Dmart ready in sector 28 Vashi on 24.02.2023. My amount of order was failed at your end, so I had done transaction twice. Then failed amount was credited to Dmart after sometime so you got double amount and my amount is not refunded to me at yet. My order no. is 90562271 and order amount is of Rs. 1143/-. I didn't get any response from your side after contacting with you again and again.

I have done the online payment - however not received product worth Rs.818/- (Gowardhan Processed Cheese * 2)
I have raised concern via Mail as well as phone & also in app - It has been more than 10 days, issue is not addressed - just received call from Dmart executive 2 times about enquiring about the issue - however no followup done thereafter - I have sent multiple reminder over the mail, but response - its is like no one bothered

I purchased an appliance which is under warranty. Can I get the duplicate invoice?

I had purchased an order from Dmart ready my order I'd is 90562271 my order amount was Rs 1143/-. Payment done by mobile banking my amount was deducted and failed at the end of Dmart. When I was complained to my bank then I found that amount was credited to Dmart so I had done cash back request to Dmart. But refund amount is not processed from the end of Dmart. I didn't get my amount at yet. Please solve this problem and credit the amount in my account.

Visited Dmart in Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai a couple hours ago. While waiting in the checkout line, this employee seemed to have willingly walked close and brushed against my wife even after having ample space where 3 people could walk through without touching each other. I can tell since I too walked in the same area to get my bags seal removed while this Incident took place.
He started to apologize only after my wife called him out for what he did. I tried to check his I card and just could get his name (Mohan Kumar) and blood group which was O+ve, as someone who seemed to be his manager jumped in and started apologizing towards my wife rather than speaking it out with Mohan. The guy stood behind his manager for a little while as he kept murmuring things to himself, and walked away from the scene as his fellow employees kept apologizing on his behalf. My wife could have easily smacked him up for his indecency but controlled it. This does not mean such incidents should be ignored.
We too walk in the crowds and understand the difference between decent and indecent interactions.

Would be very kind if Dmart would try making an effort towards making a decent environment for everyone altogether.

They reaches out my door everytime at morning 7 am to deliver my online order even if I selected evening time slot. Is there any specific reason behind this service?
