मेरे द्वारा आपके स्टोर से 19/01/2023 को 1183 रुपये की खरीदारी की गई थी जिसमे एक आइटम यर्डले लंदन के deo भी था जिसको मेरे द्वारा गलती से ट्राली में रख लिया गया था आज दिनाक 22/01/2023 को मैं आपके स्टोर में वापस करने गया था लेकिन आपके स्टोर में उपस्थित कर्मचारी द्वारा न केवल मुझसे दुर्व्यवहार किया बल्कि deo को भी अपने पास रख लिया है।
मुझे न तो deo लौटाया गया है और न ही उसका अमाउंट लौटाया गया है।
उचित करवाई की आशा में

I am resident of srikakulam district which is located in Andhra pradesh. In our state all districts has d mart stores. I don't know that why are you not opening a store in our district. So, I am requesting you that please start a d mart store as soon as possible.

Dear Dmart Team,

I have purchased some products from D-mart as on dated 08.01.2023 & left my ATM card of Canara Bank at the billing counter by mistake and not informed me by the billing person for the same. After 7 days I got the same when I was at the ATM to withdraw the money from the ATM machine. Then i checked the last transaction on my account that was D-mart billing of 08.01.2023. Yesterday evening I visited the D-mart & asked for the ATM card. As per Mr. Manoj(Manager-[protected]) of Dmart Peermuchalla, They have damaged my ATM card after 24 hrs as per policy of Dmart and unable to issue any letter for damaged ATM card at Dmart custody and he told me for police complaint for lost the ATM card how he can say that card has lost as its damaged by the Dmart as per record shown by the manager to me. Pls let me know how you can damaged customers ATM card without any information to customer or consent as you were not display any board for the same information for customers at the premises of Dmart..It's not personal property of Dmart. If you damaged my ATM card then give me proof of damaged of ATM card or issue me a letter for damaging my ATM card by Dmart as per policy. So that i can reissue a new ATM card from the canara bank or provide me damaged ATM card for surrender the same to the bank and issue new ATM card.

Pls investigate it or check with the concerned person on priority otherwise i will lodge the complaint to consumer court.

I am praktan dhaneshwar i was ordering groceries from D Mart online store as on 3rd January 2023 at 02.10 PM with the order ID[protected]

I have made the payment from the google pay with the UPI transaction ID[protected] with the amount of 6155 INR . But as on D Mart made the payment failure.

I was instantly contacted to D Mart customer support and D Mart support team told it will auto reflect in you account within 3 to 5 days. After the completion of the 3 days at 4th day I contacted to D Mart support they had raised the complaint (Complaint ID[protected] after 2 days I took follow up on the same and support team said you will get the refund by tomorrow as in 11 th January 2023 but I have not got it

I was continued to take follow up on the same till date i have not got the refund.

Payment was down by the but D Mart have an issue with it and they are not yet reverting back those money till today. I was totally frustrated with this every day D Mart customer support just tell you will get the refund be patience but it's 11 days complete till now I am suffering with this problem

I am expecting this to be resolved from the consumer forum. I am requesting to consumer forum to take a strict action on it.

It was very unfortunete and repeatedly happening at DMart Velachery. Today (9 Jan 2023) I have visited Velachery store for some purchase for the worth of 2415/- at 5.35pm approx. Immediately after the billing and before leaving the store, I have checked my bill (created a habit with the bitter experience happened couple of time previously in the same store - Velachery), it was found that a bread packet has been charged...

I have purchased clothes from Dmart Tolichowki, Hyderabad on 7/1/2023. I have paid from my Gpay. But the billing boy said payment not received tha I paid from my Kotak bank credit card. Amount of Rs 535/-. When i chek my Gpay, amount was already credited to Dmart.

I had a visit in Amritsar Mart today and almost purchased for over 5000 but while billing billing person and store manager denied to bill amul butter more than 200gms.is this justified if avenue Mart is having shortage of butter than you people have mentioned on the counters, there are multiple options to shop these days boss.i left all my stuff there an exited and your people said it's ok it's your choice, was this worth saying.same will get published on my article

DMart — order not delivered

I have ordered on 17/11/2022 order no.82103730 from dmart app and got a slot of 12/11/2022 for delivery but till now didn't got my order delivered. I have tried several time to customer service but no answer. Can i know that will i be getting my order delivery or not... I just want to know the status of my order...

How to charged extra amount by dmart biller person . While same product are charged 63 rupees on same day, same time in single bill.and other are charged 73 rupees, mrp is there on 70 rupee's

I request please sole this permanently.

My order no 80634355 delivey date 1 st november and delivery slot time 7 am to 9.30 am but till time i have not received my order and this happining every month

On 15 October around 9:45 to 10:00 pm my mom had lost her mobile phone containing valuable data in her phone. My mother was selecting some bedsheets and unknowingly she placed her mobile phone on one of the bed sheets while selecting one. immediately after departing from that bedsheet corner my mother noticed she forgot her phone there but when she returned the phone was not there. There were no customers around that time there but only employees who were re-arranging bedsheets there. We asked manager to let us check the cctv footage of that exact corner where she lost her phone but the manager refused to do so. We are sure that one of your D-mart employee who was re-arranging the bedsheets stole my mother's phone. We went d-mart 4 to 5 times and asked very Kindly d-mart authorities to do something as the phone is very very important for us. Kindly let us check the CCTV footage or compensate us. If you do not do something about this, I will be forced to to move to the court and file a nice case against D-mart and it's employees who steel from it's customers. I am nice in these kind of works as fortunately I got good contacts also.
