02 sept 2022, Today, i visited D Mart (Bail bazar, Kalyan west). Thier in Footwear section, i feel Worst experience and very bad attitude of staff was standing. He was very rude. Continuous he was stairing to all the female customer. I was with my wife and childrens. I I observe many time, still he was stairing. When i was selecting my shoes their, he repeatedly coming towards my family continuously and taking back my shoes from my front...

I lost one of my bills from Dmart. The bill was generated on 27th august, 2 PM. I requested store manager too but they denied. Please send me the copy of bill on my email. I've attached transaction details for your reference....

I have shopped from D-Mart upperpally and at billing counter they asked for ₹18 for the carrybag.. I totally disagree with this because the carry bag charges should not be there when we shop at Mart..and that too much high for one Carry bag they are asking ₹ 18.....

I visited Dmart Hinjewadi, Pune on 9 August 2022 and did shopping of Rs 5729.80. During the payment, initially I tried to swipe my Axis bank credit card but it got failed. Hence I used my SBI debit card which got success and money got deducted. After a while, I got a message from Axis bank that same amount for money got deducted from Axis bank account as well. I waited for a while but there was no refund from any bank...

I am investors of our company dmart from long time. I came to know that our company earning above 500 quarterly and 2000 crore yearly but never declared dividend WHY I am interested to know the reasons...

Order Id 72776562 delivered on 8th August 2022. The delivery guy as it was raining came. And kept things ordered. But later after he left we have checked items ordered were Missing. Swad sunflower oil pack 6 worth 1122/- Rupees missing. I have raised complaint the very next day. They told will check and update. Now they are says that oil packets have been sent in order. But we have not received. I don't see any action taken or refund shared....

I am regular customer of D Mart, NIBM, Pune. On 13.8.2022 I have purchased worth Rs. 9178.85. PURO salt which was purchased during this visit turns out to be a adulterated/duplicate salt. Our food got spoiled by using this salt as fine particles of colored sand or seemed to be crushed marbles were found.

This was very degusting experience and tarnishing the image of D Mart.

Please have the concerned department/...

Last 2 delivery happened at landmark place . Delivery boy denied to deliver items at doorstep....

On sunday i bought 36 items in Dmart Hanamkonda store, except charging light all are good .that charging light not working...

On the date 10th August I have visited to Sanath Nagar D-mart & I have gone there & take a line to take one popcorn for me but one female employee was there who least bothered about the good customer service.

Description about female employee Egoistic, customer unfriendly...
Above all she is least bothered who comes first to them need to serve & also thinking freely serving to the customer.
This kind of employee...

We brought Mosquite bat (Mosquito Racquet WT Torch PVC [ASL], ID: [protected] ) of 300/- at D-mart RCpurum branch, it worked for just 2days eventhough we are charging fully but its not working.
When we are calling the customer care number, they are not responding.
So please either refund / repair/ replace that bat....

This is not the first time the behaviour of your staff Ms. Sheetal is bad. She speak with customers so rudely and harshly.

On 05/08/2022 (at 12.29PM), kalyani nagar D-mart has received twice the bill amount due to technical cliche from their side via UPI (G-pay). The original billing amount was Rs.958, but due to technical cliche D-mart has received Rs.958 twice ( i e total of Rs. 1916). Please look into this matter and refund my money at the earliest.
