This is very regretful and unfortunate that this particular complaint is being lodged against a railway employee TC Mr Chandan Dutta. I was returning from Njp to Durgapur with My family and friends via Bandel. I purchased a reserved ticket of Black Diamond express from Bandel to Durgapur But we boarded a local train. Mr Dutta charged a fine of Rs1585/- as per rules for 6 passengers. But he used extremely abusive languages, intimidated us which compelled my wife to cry including my 8 years old child. We felt mentally tortured and lodged a complaint against him. But station manager refused to receive it What should I do? Please introduce a new MEMU passenger train between Asansol and Howrah via Bandel Jn. directly on daily service basis for common People to avoid train change in Bardhaman Jn. Because it is very hard challenges for common People at Bardhaman station!
