Total 1 hr 4 mins late to reach puruliya. It's becoming daily routine. So many complain to @drm_asn but no solution. @railminindia @adrarail @piyushgoyaloffc train no 63594

Already informed to drm asansol and adra division so many times via twitter but no result. Everytime received a message containing with "informed to concerned officials". Request you please look into this matter asap....

This is very regretful and unfortunate that this particular complaint is being lodged against a railway employee TC Mr Chandan Dutta. I was returning from Njp to Durgapur with My family and friends via Bandel. I purchased a reserved ticket of Black Diamond express from Bandel to Durgapur But we boarded a local train.
