Hi, I am a resident of Airoli Sector 9, Navi Mumbai. The ISP is D-Vois I-on Broadband Service. I have complained many times, but the ISP is not keen to resolve my Internet issue as I am the premium user in our society. Most of the times, they don't even pick up the phone. If they do, they give false promises of fixing the issue and don't even come and misbehaves as well.
