I am a resident of Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai. The ISP is D-Vois I-on Broadband Service. I was complained many times, but they are not resolving internet issue. I need to call the customer service every alternate day to make the things right. They arrange engineer after 8-10 calls, and who never comes before 48 Hrs. Connection goes down post 5 AM and its start directly after 11 PM. I am not having connection even during day time. The complaints made to the team are unattended and never have been given a justification for these frequent disconnections As per logs “PPPoE hard line is disconnected, please check the line”, I don’t know what they are doing Best comment for D-Vois - Broadband Pvt.
