D-Vois Communications — bad customer care / internet experience | |||||
To whomsoever it may concern, I have a connection with ion by the registered mobile no: +91-[protected]. This is to let you know that i have been complaining of no internet for over week, since the day they installed fibre cablenet (Which is suppose to never shut down and never be slow). I have been calling atleast 3-4 times a day and been kept on hold for over 15 mins to speak to a customer care executive. Its been 10 days and there is no technical person who has come to my house or no call back from anyone from the customer service team. What kind of a network is this??? What customer service is this??? All the customer care people keep saying is that they will come today or tomorrow or later or whatever. This is not done. I shall wait for this week only. If there is no one coming in to take this up, i shall shut down the service. No point in paying up for 1 year in advance when you are not giving me internet half the time. Hoping for a quick reply.
