On recommendation of my colleague, I have opted your residential internet facility and your representative Ranjit kr Roy had assured best internet service which is now turned worst service in Nerul.
Since Feb'17 I have lodged 48 times internet connectivity problem with mumbai customer care and all complaint was resolve after 24 hrs to 40 hrs and most of time no technician comes to my flat .
Your Bheemashankar franchise rating is2.00*-(two ) and out of 20 franchise in navi mumbai, 15 have 1.00 to 2.00* ranking and you have not observed feedback from consumers also.
Now many a times for your fault I use data internet or dongle for connectivity as 7 to 8 days in a month I find no internet connectivity from your side..
Either you improve your service or advise me what to do .as I will not bear this type of service for a longer times. Was this information helpful? |
