I have 4 problems.
1. Internet speed fluctuations
2. False information provided by support executive
3. Referral still not received.
4. Calling every month for internet payment and service against that is pathetic.
5. Most important, blocking my cloud vpn connectivity to work from home.
6. Not responding to emails. Sent 10+ emails and replied only once. (See attached images)
