On 7th of November I renewed my internet broadband plan for 850 rupees. By mistake I made the payment twice thinking the first time transaction was not successful. After that I called customer care multiple times asking for my refund and register a complaint. ! month has passed I have not received my money. They keep on lying to me.

I am trying to contact ssv call center since two weeks for a new connection, no one is responding . they just confirm the address and no follow up ., Ms.Ketki Pandil ( SSV call centre agent ) was laughing instead of addressing the complaint . can anyone do something about it ?
