Hi,
I have done online payment for account renewal in 4th Jan 2023 in morning around 10 AM
Customer ID - H141834
Amount is debited from my bank account with Transaction Id[protected], still my internet is showing status as inactive.
Called Customer care more than 10 times they say to mail details to
customercare.[protected]@i-on.in.
I have mailed around 20 times with all details with payment screenshot, transaction status still I have not received any response on mail.
Customer service is useless, very pathetic and unprofessional service.
I have been without internet from yesterday even after paying money.
All my work is getting affected, I tried explaining this to customer care they just ignore and now they are not even responding. Was this information helpful? |
