They are taking customers for granted. They change subscription plan every month. Out of 28 days minimum 5-7 days no connectivity.
And if you dont recharge before expiry time/date, they dont even allow a second more than the expiry time.
We should adjust for a week without connectivity and they cannot even bear a couple of hours, forget days.
They are not capable of handling such a huge customer base they got just because of word of mouth. Just imagine negative feedbacks from the same customers. Do you think you will have this base in future?
Kindly look into their services. Their devices are not upto mark. They force customers to share connections and hence poor speed and so many connectivity issues.
