I feel really sorry to say that I'm a customer of such a fraud company. I have been regularly or say daily complaining for my dis-connectivity despite advance payment.I am really sorry to inform you that I had applied for a Internet facility of your company, but due to some problems the Internet connection has never been constant. Because of which I am unable to do my work. I am very much frustrated with all these daily disconnection and calling the call center daily. The call-center agents have no information on what to do. They just raise a complaint and promise the technician visit. The technician never visit or never told about what is the fault. It is just fixed from outside. This has become a daily routine for me from past few months so we hereby request you to please refund my money.I even don't get a complain docket no. in SMS. I have to ask for complain no all the time. But this is going way beyond the patience. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! Was this information helpful? |
