D-VoiS SSV i-On — unprofessional and untrustable internet provider

how poor is their service! we paid for one month a so high price (1020Rs) that other provider neither ask, for a barely near to promised 2mbps (download only) and they gave us only 3 weeks of "operative service", filled with disservices, slowness, absence of net for several "technical" reasons; at the end, over 30 days of plan, we used only 24 days. Not only: service is no more, because they wanted money BEFORE the renewal!! (is the option AutoRenewal meaning some to you fellows?). so they suspended it...without advise. what the heck?! no countries in any other part of the world give such a unprofessional service and with such a poor company policies. They are just interested to get money first, then f* customers. shame on you i-On! 2 cheated ex-customers in Nerul West NB we invite you to alert as much as possible over all social media to share it with other customers.
