My internet connection is not working since last 54 hours. I have raised ticket and daily I am mailing customer care 4 time day. I don't get proper response. Nobody ever called me yet to discuss the issue. I have been asking on email every time please tell me the issue and ETA and if anyone working on it. Customer care and local Bhandup office is not responding. Even the local office technician don't pick our calls.
I am really frustrated as this has happened multiple times. I am not going to renew my subscription from next month.
