I have disconnected my broadband in 2022 and the refundable deposit is not yet received from ION after 4 months.It is really annoying to call your customer care daily. The company is acting like they are cheats and not interested to refund the amount.

    Me and my family decided to shift to a new place 3 weeks ago and so, contacted Ion Mumbai to check if they shifted wifi from to the new place. They replied with an affirmation and suggested that we renew the annual package as well since it was about to end. So, we did the same and 3 days ago, shifted to the new place. Today, called them up to ask about shifting the wifi, and they replied, " We have a technical issue and so, we cannot shift the wifi to your current address. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I asked about refunding the package, and they replied, " Our company does not have any refund policies." First, they give false information and even take my money, and now they don't even refund whist having the audacity to talk about their refund policies. Can't believe such an open lie could happen.

      I have paid 6 months money and now internet provider offers cable connection free of cost. I requested them for new cable connection which is free and included in internet fee. Now I am asking for cable connection from last 4 months Evey time they re saying they will keep. But now they have disconnected my internet with out any notice and talking rash.

        I have frequent internet issue. It gets disconnected frequently and the speed is very slow. I have contacted the customer service frequently and they always give fake promise of sending technician and no body came. They dont respond at all and i have contacted them nearly 10 times in past months. No help from their side. Its very difficult to work from home in this situation.

            They not refunded my ammount that why my previus compalin has got closed thell me .

            Hi I have take internet connection with ion details User id:ION_291692 Plan amount :472 DKPL-ONU-DEPOSIT :1500 on 2020 and closed it on 2022 and they initiated return the device following for return amount from last 60 days and daily getting some of the other reply like we are looking in to the issue why its take this much time, now today they are sending very i responsible reply like there is delayed in device return so refund will not initiate, how its delayed if its delayed than why device get collected form my home. Who did that delayed i not than why my money also taken and deice also taken, I need my amount refund please do the need full.

              Hello,

              I need to complaint of ION Internet provider in Kamothe. They are looting in name of Fibre change charges.
              My Internet Fibre is cut from their DP (Distribution point) till my home, for which replacement is required.
              Their DP is located in Public Accessed Area, where anyone can pull or damage the cable.

              ION is asking me to bear charges for that cable, wherein they provide Internet service to customer at their home. So I am responsible from termination Point at my home and not their outside network.

              I would have paid the charges if it would have been damaged in my home area or home termination Point.

              This means that anyone from ION or public can visit and damage the cable just for sake of money.

              Please look into this matter at the earliest

                My internet was down every 2days, service person come and and resolved and told i don't have same connecter he told kabhi tak net chalenga mujko nahi malum kabhi bhi band ho sakta hain tum complaint Dalo office se koi a jayenga I told way this you should inform your office he told I am on leave from tomorrow you raised ticket same on visit but way I will suffer wean i was pay for month and internet disconnect.

                  My internet connection is not working since last 54 hours. I have raised ticket and daily I am mailing customer care 4 time day. I don't get proper response. Nobody ever called me yet to discuss the issue. I have been asking on email every time please tell me the issue and ETA and if anyone working on it. Customer care and local Bhandup office is not responding. Even the local office technician don't pick our calls.

                          This is very ridiculous to say that I'm very disappointed by the ion net service... Connection is not proper and the speed is too bad... My money is literally wasted.. I'm not at all happy with ion.. Thank u so much for giving such a great speed and connection

                            It's been 11 I am using the internet service from the time it was SSV later it became D Vois and now ion from past 3 years I am using from ulwe sector 17 where the internet is pathetic and they have a monopoly in the building for internet where as in I can't switch internet and after frequent complains they are not responding and where they just give lame excuses it's been past 3 years the internet is not good nor the company office they switch off as per their choice

                                    ION internet works only 1-2 days in week and even after sending multiple mails to ION not received any positive feedback and seems they are doing this intentionally and cheating people.

                                    No refund provided to me yet.
                                    No call from ION management to me on this issue.
                                    No reason provided for daily internet down.

                                      Since past 2 months i am not getting proper service, i tried calling again and again to customer service but they are also not able to resolve it completely, if i-ON is not able to provide proper assistance to its customer this company should shut down itself, i have requested for refund as well no response received regarding that.

                                      This is the worst service i have received from any broadband provider.

                                      I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMEND THIS BROADBAND TO ANY ON ELSE IN MY LIFE
