Me and my family decided to shift to a new place 3 weeks ago and so, contacted Ion Mumbai to check if they shifted wifi from to the new place. They replied with an affirmation and suggested that we renew the annual package as well since it was about to end. So, we did the same and 3 days ago, shifted to the new place. Today, called them up to ask about shifting the wifi, and they replied, " We have a technical issue and so, we cannot shift the wifi to your current address. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I asked about refunding the package, and they replied, " Our company does not have any refund policies." First, they give false information and even take my money, and now they don't even refund whist having the audacity to talk about their refund policies. Can't believe such an open lie could happen.
