      On 06/07/2020 I had recharged by mistakenly a amount of ₹311 and another recharge of ₹6579 on my D2H, so I called the customer care for the refund of the amount.

      First call (3:01PM, 06/07/2020)
      A person named Priti Singh picked the call and asked to recharge again of ₹311, so the previous recharges would be refunded. So I did as she said.

      Second call (3:10PM, 06/07/2020)
      Another person named Laxmikanth picked the call, I had to explain the entire situation again and then he said to mail the problem to [protected]@d2h.com so your refund will be deposited so I did as he said.

      Third Call (3:32 PM, 06/07/2020)
      Another person picked the call (When asked he didn’t told his name), I explained the entire situation again to that person then he put me on hold and directed my call to the senior named Mumta Das, she said she’s the senior and I had to again give her explaination of the situation then she registered my complaint and said my 2nd recharge of amount ₹6579 would be refunded by 12:50PM on 07/07/2020 but I didn’t got any refund yet so I called again.

      Fourth Call (1:34PM, 07/07/2020)
      A person picked the call, he denied to tell his name and unfortunately I had explain my registered complaint again from the start and then he put my phone on hold then my call was cut.

      Fifth Call (1:38PM, 07/07/2020)
      Another person picked the call totally unaware of the problem and again asks for the complaint so I explained the problem from the beginning again and the same happens and tells me I’m forwarding your call to the Head and puts my call on a hold for several minutes and again my call was cut.

      Sixth Call (1:58PM, 07/07/2020)
      Again the same situation as mentioned in previous calls.

      Seventh Call (2.03PM, 07/07/2020)
      Again the same situation as mentioned in the previous calls.

      I’m so much frustrated of this situation, I’m being mentally tortured by these people, how they couldn’t refund my money even after a registered complaint and explained a single problem to several different people.

      All I want is my money back but they are ignoring my problem even after so many attempts.

        Dear D2H,

        Location --- Chala, Vapi, Gujarat.
        From last 15 days I am facing problem to see channels & its behavior is abrupt . Some time it works Ok, Some time can see only some channels ( Marathi + News) Only.
        After giving complaint, technician visited location on Sunday ( 28th June 20), Shakes / reposition Antena . Start to see . I informed him at that time only, its something different issue & will give trouble again . He told now no issue will come .

        However from same day again I am facing same problem again & again. No one revert after talking to your local service franchisee.

        After 2 days, he changed SET TOP BOX & charged Rs 750. Same day from evening again same problem arises .
        Talked to Service centre, they told me that tomorrow person will come & solve. Next day person visited but at that time, system was running ok. He gone back, however my AC deducted Rs 200 /- as service charges.

        From next day to till today, same problem repeatetly facing . Called local service provider, when problem was existing, however he never turn back at that time .

        Contacted Nodal officer, no any response / no phone call picking.

        However positively call from HO & assured by him to sort out this issue by today . Hoping for best .

        Till this moment, no one turn back .

        Frustrating due to problem & deducting amount from AC without any info / problem solving .

        Need action on such, who are giving trouble to customer.

          Dear team,

          I would like to inform you that i did in a complaint (Complaint number is[protected] videocon d2h that the setup box of my videocon d2h has not been working since 30th june 2020. Service engineer had visited at my premises on 3rd july 2020 and after checking setupbox he was saying that sir we will replace your videocon d2h setup box including adapter from an new setup box, for that you will pay to me 450/- rs.. Apart from that he was saying that sir this remote will not working with new setupbox. So you will have to purchase an rf remote from the market.
          Hence i will not have to pay any one rupee for replacing the setup box including with adapter because this product is in warranty.
          So now i do not want to keep a long term relation with videocon d2h with this condition.
          Therefore you are requested to close the my videocon d2h connection at earliest and refund the my balance amount 917.14/-rs in my account at on high priority. After that i got a email from videocon like a we have registered your "refund"related complaint with service request no[protected] and it will be resolved by asap. After that i got a new one email from videocon like a we have registered your "refund"related complaint with service request no[protected] and it will be resolved by asap. After that i got a new an email from videocon d2h that we do not have any refund option available, you can continue to use the services and we will definitely help you in solving any issues that you have with our services. I would like to know that when your setup box has not been working since 30th june 2020, how can i make your service continue in such a situation.
          If you want that we can continue your service then you give me the replacement of the new setup box including with adapter on free of cost.
          For remote because of my setupbox in warranty, i will pay remote cost if your team provide a new rf remote. Thanks

                After amphan i am regulary calling videocon d2h cx care to send their technician to my house as i am not able resume my service after amphan cx care always says my techinician will visit within 24hr and still today till date no techinician have came to my house my 380rs has been cheated by videocan d2h

                      I p s srinivasulu having videocon d2h customer id number[protected] wrongly recharged the a/c of customer id no. 20491936 of rs. 1000/-. Following is the bill no.
                      01/07/2020
                      So, kindly rectify this mistake by either reversing rs. 1000/- to my account or by crediting it to my bank a/c.

                              This is to inform you that i have last recharged for rs. 345.00 on 11.06.2020 against my subscribed pack : hamara hindi combo for rs.344.00.
                              But sorry to inform you that in place of 30 days validity my account shows the validity upto 7.7.2020 only.
                              Please confirm me the reasons for decreasing the validity period from 30 days as i have not subscribed any new pack.

                                My vediocon d2h id no. Is[protected]. Rtn is [protected]. I recharged my above d2h connection on 26.5.2020. But even after recharging my service has not restored. I lodged complain to customer care and they said that it will be resumed soon. Nothing happened after repeated complain. Then i sent e-mail to kolkata's nodal officer. Then, somebody called me and said that engineer from vediocon would visit our house to restore the service. But till date nothing has been done. I had recharged for 3 months one month of which is already over. So, i want solution.

                                  Entering the correct email address and password but show incorrect credentials.
                                  Also tried to login by otp method, after entering mobile number the otp is not received to enter.

                                    I am not receiving my service since 01st june 2020. Vd2h[protected] mr mohite pune camp, recharged with rs.300 and no service - unable to view any channels since then called customer service many times no help, booked engineer agreed with the charges still engineer did not turn up, nobody is bothered at vd2h, pathetic experience you can see from your system that i was unable to watch any channels and still not offering any refund or engineer to fix. Is this the way to make money from the people. Nhope to receive your call to fix the problem.
