I recharged my D2h a/c[protected] on 18th Feb. 2019 at 10.05.31 pm but till
today that Rs. 200 is not added in balance. I am attaching the successful
transaction e-receipt in this regard for your consideration.
From 18feb2019 2205hrs a sum of Rs. 200 only is not reversed in my d2h
account. If d2h has already reversed that amount at least provide me a
valid proof so I can forward that proof to my bank for futher processing.
I had word with many off roll-on roll employess of d2h in this regard but
they all did same fake commitments, they were just doing formalities-- no
one was serious or I can say they were enjoying all these.
I have already produced the CC avenue d2h's successful transaction receipt, my bank account statement as a proof but D2h never produced any proof that they reversed that 200/- or not received 200/-.
I also have an email from their call center supervisor Mr. Mohd. Amir that D2h has received 200/- from my side but now they people are neither reversing that amount in my bank account nor updating in my d2h account balance.
following complaints done by me in this regard to d2h employees--

they never provided any solution to my complaints; even their so called on roll employee Mr. Narpat singh delivered fake commitments and treating like he does not care anything.
For this 200/- I have made 107 calls on D2H's useless customer care nos, waited for almost 430 minutes, talked for almost 210 minutes, each and every conversation is recorded, again and again I repeated same concern to different-different executives, sent email 11 times, ...(I SHOULD GET COMPENSATION FOR ALL THESE) but still I am not getting proper resolution WHICH IS MY RIGHT.
I don't know you are aware or not but if you check online complaints there are tons of complaints you will found about D2h's poor services; D2h's helpline nos. are not working, executives are totally unknown and illiterate of consumer policies/latest updates or may be pretending and senior officers are good for nothing.
When a service provider company has tons of consumer service related discrapancies why our government is not taking any serious action on it?videocon D2h's license should be cancelled immediately if they continue such type of ridiculous and pathetic services to consumers.
I AM D2H's CONSUMER AND I AM AWARE OF MY RIGHTS. IT'S D2H's MORAL DUTY TO PROMPTLY RECTIFY THE DISCREPANCIES AND SERVE BETTER.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible and provide a rigid solution.

    I have renewed my account but, channels are not coming. I tried customer care number too but they are busy and not able to respond my calls. Balance is showing in my account buy channels are not coming.They are showing this thing that it's not a part of your subscription.. Please help me with this.

      I created my own package which includes hd/non hd channels and recharged account with required balance. However, i still cannot see hd channels.

      I already sent couple of email to there customer care, but no reply from them yet. As far as customer care calls are concerned, they are not answering call from any customer.

      Now issues is not only about paying for services and not using fully but also about time that is wasted in trying to contact d2h customer care staff.

      Its really frustrating!!!

      Recharged the account on 3rd march, 2019.

        Our dth provider videocon d2h is not providing us all the packs that the broadcasters are providing such as times hd bouquet of rs 20, zee family pack odia hd of rs 65, star hindi hd premium of rs 120, colors hindi budget hd of rs 32, sony happy india hd of rs 59 etc. When we called them they didn't responded and behaved rudely. They are also forcing us to select only 5 broadcaster packs.
        Don't we have our own consumer rights and is it necessary for us to watch channels which the dth provider wants us to ask. Hope u understand our issue and will take necessary actions towards it and protect our rights.

              Sir i recharge my account number 51132231 on 3/3/19.
              My set top box not working after that i doing a complaint then your enginear come on 5/3/19 and change 4 types of boxes but services isn't working then he go back and come back after 3 hours and change another box but services isn't working.
              After that he says give me payment of rs450, then i say when the service is working i make payment. Then he go back.
              He comes next day 6/3/19 morning and change data cable after that service is working. He says bill is rs 600/ then i say please show the bill, he replied company not provide bill then i say i give you 550/ rs and balance rs 50 after you show the bill. He says dirty language👄💬 and says no one enginer comes again for your complaint.
              After 2 hours the service again don't working. I can call your call centre for the complaint again they say your service is working with in 10 minutes.
              But services isn't working.
              The call centre says your balance is low than i say i recharge my account on 3/3/19 how my balance is low then he says your complaint is registered and solved by company after some time. I do complain 10 times
              But the service is not working till i mail 📧. Please help in this matter

                just now i got a call from Videocon d2h team they are saying channels are changed by us only but when am asking about the package they are saying due to technical error videocon team can not check the current plan of customer id 87160201 still am facing the problems as per regular basis they are deducting the balance videocon team is saying we have selected the package what is the logic behind that since 2-3 years we are subscribing all hindi channels and suddenlu how can i subscribe TAMIL TELUGU AND CARTOON channels because we belong to hindu family that to we know hindi only other languages we do not know properly or speak.

                Yesterday I got a call from customer care team they are saying money will deduct by computer on daily basis but they can’t telecast the channels which i was selected till now my number is not connecting with customer care number [protected].
                Executive is saying money will be not refund and the channels which I was selected it was not in my zone still they are saying there technical problem not solved but they are very aggressive to deduct my balance as on daily basis.

I have [censored]ed to willams town on last december where a technician call mr. Imran contact number [protected] has come to my house and made the re-connection at my new place and i paid him rs950/- amount at the time on re-connection. After 2 month i am getting a massage saying the service charges has got deducted. When i am calling to helpline they gave me ticket number and updated me the issue will resolved in 24hr.. But its 3 days still i am not able to use the connection. And when i am calling the technician is not responding for my call. Kindly do the needful as i am not able to use d2h from 3 day.

                          When i select channel packs from their website www.d2h.com automatically music active pack of rs 47 is added to plan and when i again remove music active pack it again enforced into my channel packs.
                          I don't see music active channel and don't want it into my channel pack because only two channels are given which are of rs 47 so i complain about my d2h service provider videocon d2h that they enforce channel for their profit and want to remove this pack from subscription.

                            I have recharged my d2h account 82444031 on 1 March 2019 for Rs.1455.
                            Later selected the required channels on website. It has activated different channels.
                            I wrote to customer care many times . No use.
                            I called customer care more than 100 times. It's always busy.

                            This is the worst service provider in the country.

                            If anyone is incharge of this and has understood this complaint, do something useful immediately.

                              i have been trying the customer care number since 3 months and still the number is always busy.I recharged my account on 4th february 2019 and for the next full week my account wasn't refreshed i tried calling various numbers and even videocon dealers and servicing staff told me that the customer care number has stopped answering their calls too.Also the videocon infinity app is trash and poor in performance, it showed me "fixing problems", "complaint registered", "account refreshed" even though the tv still showed "please recharge your account" after a week the account was refreshed by i don't know how/who.
                              Now on 8th march 2019 i recharged again the recharge was immediately successful(all channels were showing). But after 1 day since 9th march half of my channels are showing "channel not suscribed" .Again i tried calling various numbers but to no use.I made a mistake choosing videocon d2h, i highly recommend to please select some other dth service provider than videocon to everyone

I have sent certain mails to customer care, but received no response. There costumer care number is also not connecting since last 5 days. It has become impossible to contact them.                                       I recharged my videocon d2h after long time and it's not working after recharge. Called to customer care many times.50 times its not reachable. They too the call luckily after 50 times and taken complaint regarding my problem and said it will get resolved within 1 day. Its not working even after 2 days.
                                      Again i called to this customer care number always busy. Irritated to the core.

                                      Anyone take action?
