Cust id[protected] i had opted for diamond sports combo pack on 28.02.2019 in stead of hd platinum which they have not yet effected except sending message on 11.03.2019 about implementation of the same.

I am recharging my videocon d2h accounts last 2 months worth rupees 220 my pack rates is 216 the videocon coustamer care excutive have told me that my videocon d2h id is[protected] registered with the name of prakash chandra.
Last 4 days i am unable to watch lots of channels like (Star plus, star bharat, sony, colers, aaj tak and many more channels)

Last 2-3 days i am calling countuniousaly to coustomar care...

I am your old customer using d2h almost from 7 years ago. This time sorry inform you that i have got pathetic service from d2h. I have [censored]ed to willams town on last december where a technician call mr. Imran contact number [protected] has come to my house and made the re-connection at my new place and i paid him rs950/- amount at the time on re-connection. After 2 month i am getting a massage saying the service charges has got deducted....

This is uday and i am using videocon d2h from last 4 years and from this year february first week onwards i am getting an error message on my screen saying 'signal not available'. I called your customer service several times to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. I communicated this complaint to videocon d2h customer service through email. But the problem not yet fixed. Recently they registered my complaint with reference number[protected]...

When i select channel packs from their website www.d2h.com automatically music active pack of rs 47 is added to plan and when i again remove music active pack it again enforced into my channel packs.
I don't see music active channel and don't want it into my channel pack because only two channels are given which are of rs 47 so i complain about my d2h service provider videocon d2h that they enforce channel for their profit and want...

I have recharged my d2h account 82444031 on 1 March 2019 for Rs.1455.
Later selected the required channels on website. It has activated different channels.
I wrote to customer care many times . No use.
I called customer care more than 100 times. It's always busy.

This is the worst service provider in the country.

If anyone is incharge of this and has understood...

i have been trying the customer care number since 3 months and still the number is always busy.I recharged my account on 4th february 2019 and for the next full week my account wasn't refreshed i tried calling various numbers and even videocon dealers and servicing staff told me that the customer care number has stopped answering their calls too.Also the videocon infinity app is trash and poor in performance,...

I recharged my d2h connection for 300 amount on 26 Feb 29 and my services are not resumed till date i.e 12 March 19.I mailed my complaint to customer care and nodal officer Rajasthan too about the same but no progress till date and even they are not bother about this.

So please look into the matter and help me out of this.

I want to create my own pack containing hd channels of my choice, but videocon d2h is not giving hd channels option. They have their customized packs of hd. I have sent certain mails to customer care, but received no response. There costumer care number is also not connecting since last 5 days. It has become impossible to contact them. We are forced to select from limited options....

The company change plan without information after i will select new plan and company send sms to migrate in new plan but plan not active i will called cc but thare are not respond this will above 45 time every time hang up 5 minutes it will not respond in 3 days what i do please help me my cid[protected]

I recharged my videocon d2h after long time and it's not working after recharge. Called to customer care many times.50 times its not reachable. They too the call luckily after 50 times and taken complaint regarding my problem and said it will get resolved within 1 day. Its not working even after 2 days.

But suddenly all the my previous channels have stopped.

I have been trying to contact the videocon customare care by phone, and customer care has started some unusable channels and what i need they are saying...

I subrahmania ayer r is having a videocon d2h tv connection for the last 7-8 years or more. I was enjoying the package called south silver malayalam and charges were less than rs.200 to rs.250 per month. I used to remit bulk payment for one year, every year.
