I am using videocon d2h under customer id[protected] and i am unable to chose channel package as per new trai guidelines using videocon d2h website.
Website is not working and even customer care is not answering to calls and emails.
This is really frustrating as i am paying for channels and not able to see all the channels that i want to see.

Please resolve my complaint and help me chose the new plan or take action against videocon d2h

    According to trai 25 dd channels are mandatory but the dth companies provide us more than 100 channels mandatory. And they are not listening us i tried 2000 time to connect dth companies but they cut my call after 12 times refer my calls, at last they said this is mandatory you can't change.. I am talking about d2h videocon. I have a audio recording for all conversations i am not able to send you but i have all conversation recorded. Please take necessary actions about these companies. Please find the attached file.

        I'm not able to see paid channels like (Zeetv, star plus and Sonytv ect.) from 4th Feb to till and D2h customer care operator not resolve the problem and even raise the complaint.

        Request you to please resolve my problem and back to my money which is debit without providing service from Videocon D2H.

          Customer service has been not provided properly every time say sorry sir call back next time.
          Money was taking but channel was not showing. When i contact customer care services but nobody was taking seriously all time say call next time but why anybody cant say what is actually my problem only call transfer one person to another person please help me for that problem..

            I had selected merawala plan + some paid channels in the #rd week of jan, 2019. The customer care executive noted the choice and said it will be implemented on feb, 1st, 2019 and a confirmation will be sent. Till date nothing has happened. Contacting on phone has become impossible. Call ended message only comes. Otherwise 'our executives are talking to other customers', the standard message comes. I had recharged with rs 400 for the old plan'new diamond". I was told the excess amount will be adjusted for 'merawala plan' he is showing some fta channels and cutting rs.7/-per day.
            I want to watch the channels of my choice. Nothing is happening as trai has promised. Please help. My id is[protected]

              very poor customer care service

              I have submitted online complaint against d2h customer care service via, mail but no response from there side,
              I have recharged my account as well as done the refresh of account but no use,

              They are taking almost 30 to reached our voice to there customer care service on call,
              The quality of voice is very disturbing not proper voice.

              Very disappointed service, and cheap system of the management....

              My d2h customer id is 11823007, it is really unfortunate to paying the exact amount for the channel i have chosen before end jan 19 i am not able to view all of them. I have selected star bengali premium in which star sports 3 is a channel which i am not able to view from the day first.

              Yesterday i have spoken with d2h customer support twice, once they said they are trying from their side, but nothing happened, second time they logged a call & informed me service engineer will visit your home to check the problem. When i received a call from your service engineer he asked me about the problem & told he can not do anything with this problem (E16-4 for this channel only) “it is basically channel is not in your package so you have to talk to customer care, we cannot do anything about this problem. But if you insist, i can come & see the error & take my service charge but i will not be able to do anything further”.

              I would be happy if you tell me what i need to do, to view the channel which i have opted & paying for them?

              And also please let me know when i will be able to view my other two mirror connections? As i am paying rs 250/- pm for those & still my favorite bengali channels are not available.

              Requesting you to not levied any amount for these two connection until you can provide the same channel in both the connections.

                I have recharged my videocon d2h with rs. 500/- dated 13.02.19 but till date there is no channel. Customer care representatives are so illiterate, they do not know anything. They always talk about same thing.
                I will not recommend anybody to go for d2h. D2h is the worst ever cable operator.

                  I'm a videocon d2h customer(ID[protected]. Whenever I contact the videocon customer care number with the given customer ID, the IVR says the customer number is not valid. And since they don't accept their own cutomer ID, I can't connect with customer care. The customer service system of Videocon D2H is pathetic. Disappointed with the service!!

                      According new TRAI rules. D2h tariff plans are changed . Our nearest authorized recharge center person recharged base pack with some channels .but iI was not receiving channels . he also tried in many ways and suggested me to call toll free number. since a 15 days i am trying costumer care, my call has been received on Saturday and they give me a smart reply application error. Since 15 days services are not activated, but account balance is reducing. yesterday again i connected to customer care number they couldn't be able to solve and raised a repair query. till now nobody turned up. since 15 days my family members will not be able to watch TV . whom has to be held responsible for this ?

                        I am a videocon d2h customer since a long time now they are forcing me to recharge of rs 750 or they will disconnect my line they told me we don't care about trai i have proved i have voice record.
                        However i told him that how much i will have to pay now they suggest me 150 rupees for 5 days i did from my paytm account amount deducted from my account but still i not watching any channel. Now they are not receiving my call

                        Videocon d2h is a fraud n cheater company. They always keep their helpline busy so that noone can contact them. I made recharge of 405 n then also not able to see channels. Send mails several times but no use. They respond to mail contact customer care. N their customer care I think they are enjoying picnic 365 days, put all calls busy. Thirdclass service n wastage of money.

Company is doing fraud against customer in the name of trai, as my recharge money is washed out wef 01 feb 19 whereas i have rechargeed a monthly pack on 13 jan 19 and since 01st feb 19 there is no response from d2h, even after submitting my new choice as per the trai guideline.                             I am aher nitin bhausaheb, i am having videocon d2h dish from 2 years. My customer id is[protected]. As per trai regulations i selected my channels and pack for recharge. I activated it from videocon d2h website and as per advice of videocon representative i recharged my account with perticular pack and i got sms about my recharge was successful. After doing all this my pack was not activated, i talked many times to customer care but many times they are telling that there is some technical problem and system is down. I tried call many times to videocon d2h but same ans i got, from 8 days my connection is disconnected but i had paid money to videocon so please halp me and solve my problem.

                              Customer i'd 28685959 lalit bhatia. I have selected pack as per training guidelines. But i have ben charged much more than my own pack. Further i have selected sony pack which includes all channel of sony. But from today though my account has suffice balance my all sony channels are on off mode. Surprising videocon is looting it's customer and there is no check on them. They have disabled all contact numbers and i have to face lot of frustration as i could not view channels for which i have paid to them. Pl take stick action to safeguard customers.

                                    My customer id[protected].
                                    15th of february my d2h monthly subscription ended. I was unable to recharge online as videocon d2h server was not working.
                                    So, i have requested customer care to do a credit of 3 days.

                                    Full nights and mornings i was trying to add channels as per tri regulation. But the website is not allowing to register.

                                    It's not a customer service approach to cheat people. From the website it is not allowing to select channels as per tri norms and customer service executive is not helping in selecting the channels. According to customer service channels can be selected online.

                                    At 2 pm on 16th saturday. I reached my d2h with 500 rs.in the mean while my channels are visible on the tv.
                                    I called customer care and asked to put the base pack what they have prepared as i was having no option.
                                    As soon as she initiated the request. My all paid channels stopped working.

                                    The account in videocon d2h is not reflecting my recharge of 500rs.

                                    I called customer service many times. But as a irresponsible service provider either my phone is not connecting or if connected no one is responding.

                                    Its very frustrating, no one is ready to take complain.

                                    After paying i am not able to see my tv.

                                    At last i asked the customer care how to get rid of their service.
                                    They are telling they don't know.

                                    Is anyone responsible their to help me out.

                                      Videocon d2h service is not following new trai guidelines and harassing customer by always saying server is down and please call after one hour. Suddenly they also disconnect phone when we ask to de active the channels as they migrated their own plans to the customers. I am calling them since last three days and they are not resolving my concern. Kind request to take appropriate action on videocon d2h services for violating norms and misleading, harassing and cheating with customer to make money by unnecessarily loading their plans and packages. Kind request to take appropriate actions against them.
                                      Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
