I am facing a biggest and worst challenge and experience with videocon d2h, new tariff has come up and i have been following up videocon d2h since last week of dec'2018 but no one is able to help me out. Initially when i called i was told that i would be called company is still finalizing on implementation of new tarrifs. However i did not receive any calls.
I went online too but website is of no help, it never opens on the laptop or mobile internet. Even password does not happen properly.
Their customer number never gets connected.
Today in the morning i dialled [protected] but again i was kept in the loop and call never got connected.
Due to their negligence my retired parent, a senior citizen had to do recharge of rs. 380 yesterday.
