I am your D2H Customer form more than 7 years. Now I am facing an issue from your side that from Last 10 days I am not getting Mazhavil manorama channel .Today i called your Call center with my compliant. The officer named Prajeesh is not taking my compliant saying that for taking compliant I have agree that i will pay 200 rs when your officer visit my place. I told that i will not pay 200 for not getting the signal for one channel. its not my issue its your problem that we are not getting the signal for one channel.He never valued that i was with D2H for last 7 years plus . Is this your customer servicing policy. I told them i have optical fiber connection of airtel , they are always insisting me to take their plan. but as i was your customer i never think of change. your officer told me that you can take that connection. Is this your customer servicing policy of a officer of yours. If your service is going like this your officers are digging their graveyard.
Its quite disappointing service from your Side in service parameter.If your attitude is this this how can you compete with your competitors
Correcting the Signal and ensuring good vision to the customer is your primary role in selling the connection For that charging fee from the customer is not at all fair, For that charging fee from the customer is not at all fair
