[Resolved] D2H — D2H Signal not available only for few channels

I'm using videocon d2h for last 3 years, my Customer ID is[protected].Suddenly from yesterday I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available only for few channels like DD National, SET HD and many other channels. But I am able to view some of the channels . for fixing this i am being asked Rs 200 to a service engineer visit, this is absolutely not acceptable. Why do I need to pay Rs 200 to him for no fault of mine. Now seriously I am thinking of moving to another service provider with good service. Please revert back with your comments ASAP.

Same problem faced by me too for last few days and tried all methods for getting the problem resolved but of no use...unable to view Some channels, some channels merged with other channels and some channels are viewable clearly. Then how can the other channels subscribed by me display as signal not available.
The problem is from Videocon d2h and they are purposefully harassing their customers...We are customer for last 12 years but now I think it is time to switch over if not resolved before end of the present recharge.
