I was a long back consumer of D2h product after retirement for time passing purpose
Everytime I recharge for three months payment, on 17th June when I recharge three months subscription amount of RS 868, by mistaken it was recovered 8680 from my account I was shocked to know while getting msg from bank, being a retired pensioner it will be hard to run my family during the pandemic crisis due to bulk investment like this, atonce I have tried to contact customer care several times, every one informed to make complaint from website, one person informed to make another small amount of recharge to get back excess refund, on 18th June again I have recharged for RS 200 by online payment as usual, but so far my problem was not solved, I request to consider to refund of my extra recharge amount to keep up until my next pension to feed my family,
