I have lost my old RTN number but to change RTN to new number in account it requires to enter OTP sent on old RTN number so I am not able to change the RTN number

    Same here. In the last 3 days, I have received 170+ calls from 38 different numbers, and every time, a new person keeps calling. I am tired of blocking so many numbers. I received one call and they are so stupid, they don't care if we ask them to stop. They keep calling. They ensure to start at 10:02 in the morning and do not stop till 19:28 in the evening, daily. Imagine, 170 calls in 3 days and imagine how many calls per day.

    They use different numbers to call, every time I block one.

      I'm also getting so many automated voice calls from Videocon D2H. They don't have any option to unsubscribe from these in their website. Such an irritating thing. They call every 1 hour till you answer.

      Hello, My number is [protected]. I keep getting so many calls from your company daily. After several request it doesn't stop. If they don't stop now, I will lodge an official complaint for harassment and mental torture.

        D2H Signal not available only for few channels

        Address: 3-3-338 Kuthbiguda , Kacheguda , Hyderabad

        I'm using videocon d2h for last 3 years, my Customer ID is[protected].Suddenly from yesterday I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available only for few channels like DD National, SET HD and many other channels. But I am able to view some of the channels . for fixing this i am being asked Rs 200 to a service engineer visit, this is absolutely not acceptable. Why do I need to pay Rs 200 to him for no fault of mine....

                I am a d2h user with customer. Since from last 5 years, I am facing number of issues regarding services of d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.
                Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of Rs. 240 for which I should get services for 30 days but after 2 days for no reason, they are add on service stubborn added in my account and change in my account validity i.e.[protected] then again I have complained to customer care but not solved my problem.
                In continuation, they can't provide the account updating in his website also they are lock for 30 days. its ridiculous services. I have selected my own pack but that still hasn't even been activated and there is absolutely no response from them but they have charged for the whole months with no services provided and before user permission they are stubborn added multiple channel or bouquet after that effect on current package.
                this is very ridiculous d2h and the worst possible service provider

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am a consumer of Videocon D2h Service. Every Month They stop the service Before completing the Due date. If we call and ask for the Reason before due date why disconnected they are saying that is their policy, if we ask them for email your policy where it is mentioned that you can stop the service before due date they are denied to send email for the same. everymonth they are simply taking money after recharge and stoping the service before due date. Here i am attaching the screenshot of the same please take necessary action on the same.

                  Every time they denied to send in email their policy stating that they can stop the service before completing the due date service getting stopped and balance also doing zero. I need an answer from TRAI did you signed or given any consent to D2h providers to stop services before due date and balance Debit and doing it zero from their end. Again I am attaching the pic of the details.I am literally not happy with the issues every month. Please TRAI LOOK in to this matter seriously take necessary action on this . You can just imagine in entire india how much revenue they are generating from this kind of action.

                    I am a videocon d2h user Since from many month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                    Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 280 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 5 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their email id, customer care, website, do it yourself, write us. but to which they are not replying. & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

                    As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                    Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                    I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                      I am facing signal not available issue since morning and the cc representative is just insisting to book a call and pay the charges, this is there old way to loot customers, they are making changes in software from there end and sending engineer to resolve it and taking charges. I am going to change operator if issue not resolved within 24 hrs

                            I was a long back consumer of D2h product after retirement for time passing purpose
                            Everytime I recharge for three months payment, on 17th June when I recharge three months subscription amount of RS 868, by mistaken it was recovered 8680 from my account I was shocked to know while getting msg from bank, being a retired pensioner it will be hard to run my family during the pandemic crisis due to bulk investment like this, atonce I have tried to contact customer care several times, every one informed to make complaint from website, one person informed to make another small amount of recharge to get back excess refund, on 18th June again I have recharged for RS 200 by online payment as usual, but so far my problem was not solved, I request to consider to refund of my extra recharge amount to keep up until my next pension to feed my family,
