D2H — dth services under new trai tariff scheme | |||||
After selecting channels as per trai on 31..01.19, the service provided d2h migrated my account to the highest channel package without informing me therefore my recharge balances were consumed in a few days. The customer care number advertised by d2h is not working, complaints made through emails are vaguely replied and not resolved. The website of d2h has access problems and in spite of selecting the channels multiple times, the selection is some time altered or completely taken off. Often it was informed that the system and servers are down or there are problems in backhand which is being looked into. Email complaint to the nodal officer is getting bounced and not responded at all. The complaints made to d2h are not recorded and no complaint numbers are given.in a nutshell, the consumers are struggling and the service provider is operating without complying any trai rules. Satishpoojary I'd[protected] of video con dish I'd no I am recharging every time after fifteen days its massaging your recharge balance is bill please recharge very month I have to call customer care which is computerized no one is to attending no Tollfree no also so please take this complaint & in future I am not disturbed
