The d2h. Company is doing fraud against customer in the name of trai, as my recharge money is washed out wef 01 feb 19 whereas i have rechargeed a monthly pack on 13 jan 19 and since 01st feb 19 there is no response from d2h, even after submitting my new choice as per the trai guideline.
