I am a d2h user with customer. Since from last 5 years, I am facing number of issues regarding services of d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.
Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of Rs. 240 for which I should get services for 30 days but after 2 days for no reason, they are add on service stubborn added in my account and change in my account validity i.e.[protected] then again I have complained to customer care but not solved my problem.
In continuation, they can't provide the account updating in his website also they are lock for 30 days. its ridiculous services. I have selected my own pack but that still hasn't even been activated and there is absolutely no response from them but they have charged for the whole months with no services provided and before user permission they are stubborn added multiple channel or bouquet after that effect on current package.
