I recharged my d2h account with Rs.300. Amount was debited but transaction failed. My customer id is[protected]. Kindly help me on this

I will recharge my d2h account 240 rs 28.07.2021 the recharge amount cut it my bank account no not active my d2h signal the d2h customer told to me your not recharge but cash is dedicated my account Dear Customer, Rs.240 debited from your A/c XX5271 on 28JUL2021 14:17:05. -Federal Bank
