[Resolved]  D2H — Videocon d2h Fraud Activities and Worst Service

Dear Concern,

Still my problem not slowed, 4 days not working my connection (already 6 days + 4 days total 10days)

Again customer care person Ms.Saranya asking to send the mail to [protected]@d2h.com, she is not providing nodal and appellate contact number and mail ids.

Respected TRAI Team,

Please take action for below my complaints,

Very worst service Videocon,

Today morning (23.11.2020) again i sent the mail to [protected]@d2h.com but i suddenly received mail from Videocon mentioned herewith.

I recharged on 30th Oct'2020 amount of Rs.222/- (actual recharge amount is Rs.232) (already loan taken 3days charge Rs.33) Per day cost Rs.7.70 but my connection 6 days before disconnected, How i accept your fraud activities??

Videocon d2h doing different types of fraud activities i am also facing so many times. Because your customer care person also does not answer properly.

Every last date connection disconnected on 12 PM only, after the Corona virus issue disconnected before 10.30 PM, This also one of the fraud activities.

Yesterday show that Rs.5.45 balance - Today show that Rs.4.51 balance in your infinity app., This also very good structure of fraud.

My old complaints are still pending, some people are cheating my money through videocon d2h, The same way you get more money from many people.

Dear TRAI concern, Please take necessary and immediate action for above
issue, Please get back all my money.

Please refer to our earlier mail and resolve my issue at the earliest.

Yesterday I also called customer care three times. I am asking my problem customer care to hold my call, after a few minutes disconnected the my call.

Today again I raised the complaint (No.[protected] and I received a call from a service engineer person (mob:[protected]) saying they can charge that Rs.450/- for fixing charges the same person last month told that Rs.300/- but my DTH is warranty live now.

This is very bad and malpractice. You can clear my problem without cast as soon as possible.

The same thing I have tried on other best networks.

Dear Concern,

I have a (303 error) problem faced on 3rd May'2020 so meet with a S.V.Communication dealer from Veerakeral, Coimbatore.

Dealer (S.V. Communication) say that this software problem brings your set of boxes and charges of Rs.200/-.

I am paid Rs. 200/- and got the set of boxes on the 2nd day. Again a signal not available asking the same dealer to say that I sent a videocon engineer person.

Nobody visits my home so I have to check on Dish and finally find an error for one screw not plugged. I was involved in correcting the problem.

(5 days not working my dish - my money totally wast)

Today onwards so many time signals are not available showing on TV screens. Today (29.06.2020) I have raised the complaint to videocon customer care.

Today a service engineer person visited and gave advice to change the place of dish anta and charges for Rs. 300/-. I am very worried about this issue.

Please take complaint to cheating people S.V.Communcation-[protected] he is collecting Rs.200/- for 303 error problem.

I am taking the new connection on July'2019 but still have not visited and not checked any videocon service engineer person for the past 11 months this very worst service.

Please take action and resolve this problem without cost.
