Dear Sir/Madam,

We have order 5 nos mobile set
(INTEX AQUA Y2) ref. order no. [protected] on dt. 09/08/2014 for 3 nos and order no.[protected] on dt. 09/08/2014 for 2 nos.

I have received only one nos mobile set on each order (total 2 nos received out of 5 nos) on dt. 12/08/2014. I am regularly follow up with your customer care no.
[protected] from 12/08/2014 but till date i am not getting satisfactory answer. By when can i get


You are requested to please help me to get my product or refund my money back.
look in to the matter at the earliest. Awaiting for favourable reply.
