Da Milano — Poor Quality Footwear from Da Milano / Rosso Brunello

It’s been a horrifying experience dealing with Da Milano and its Staff .i.e. Elante Mall, Chandigarh. I had bought a Rosso Brunello Shoe / footwear worth Rs. 5700 in the month o fMarch'15 which after wearing twice or thrice got ripped from front. The beads came out. I did not even wear it for 3 to 4 months of purchasing. I went to Elante mall store on 12th December, Saturday. The store Manager ( a Lady) told me that she needs to check in their head office but it is closed on Saturday and Sunday. She took the picture of both bill and belly and said she will update me on Monday. I did not hear anything from her and Called her on Tuesday to which she said that it is still under process. I went their on 17th Dec, Thursday and asked them the status. She called up at the head office and asked about the status. The lady on the other side said that it cannot be repaired or exchanged as they dont have those beads and she kept the phone. I asked the store Manager if I can speak to her as I have just wore it 2 to 3 times. She connected again at the head office and the lady from the Head office denied to talk to me. Finally the store Manager said she cant do anything. I just want to ask it is so expensive to buy from DA Milano and this is the service we get? What kind of quality they provide? Rs. 5700 does not have any value? I just want if they can repiar it and let me buy some other shoe from there. Thanks Shweta [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

.I purchased a new ladies bag worth Rs 10, 000 which looked like a local bag after some time .I complaint to south extension and i told her pls clean my bag. she agree n told me u got a sms when your bag is ready. i got sms after 15 days. when i go south ex store for pick my bag I shocked the bag condition is same no clean at all. when i purchase the bag that time store staff told me cleaning the bag is life time free. milano custumer care department is also told me sir that is maximum cleaning we can t do more. all the milano stores cheated custumer after sales they can t listen complain.

My name is Neha Suri. I am regular customer of Your brand. Today i.e. on 19/09/2016 I bought shoes from your outlet, Model No-LS- 5744 at discount worth of Rs.3599/- (Actual Cost-5999).

But when I tried 38 size in your outlet which is in Ambeince Mall Gurgaon, there was some difference in size and I was feeling uncomfortable.
So the sales representative said they will add some peice at the back of shoes so that it will be fit according to my foot.

But when I bought my shoe at home It's looking weird because of the gum they pasted at the end and also the heels are not comfortable at all because of extra fixing.

I bought these heels on sale, because of wrong communication & promise and poor fixing service of this outlet I want to return this product and want to buy another piece of your company which is in fresh stock worth of Rs 4999/-

I am a regular customer of your company, always prefer your brand & ZARA & Charles & Keith first for shopping.

I have wonderful expereince of getting top class service from other 2 companies. This is the first time I am actually asking you guys for help.

I am not asking for refund I am only looking for exchange.

Looking for positive reply from your end else I might not consider your brand again in the future for any product.

Poor quality of shoe Rosso Brunello...customers service not good cheated custumer after sales they can t listen complain.

Worse quality Rosso Brunello. I bought ladies boot from Khan Market Delhi. Actual cost was Rs 9499. It was on 30% discount hence I paid Rs 6650. The staff told me that it was a calf leather. Hence I bought it and wore twice. But to my surprise I saw the upper layer tearing out. Hence, I took it for servicing but returned me in a worse condition. I didn't accept it. Long story short, when I told them I was cheated by the brand because it was not a leather shoe instead made of poor synthetic material, the lady ( I know her name) who handle my issue told me there are two types of leathers. One is hand made leather and the other one is genuine leather. And my shoe was made of handmade leather. Oh...I am not a fool. I wanna cry, I lost my hard earned money to the looters. This is how Ross Brunello Loot their customers. There is no such hand made leather. Even the highest quality leather is full grain leather not genuine leather. She either doesn't even know the types of leather or deliberately fooled me. Don't know. Never buy ROSSO BRUNELLO. WISH I HAD TAKEN PHOTO OF MY SHOE, SO THAT I CAN UPLOAD.
