Updated by ret394 Well, despite the current crisis the local retailer who sold the product exchanged the tetra pack without a fuss or denial of the issue. It was really awesome.
In exchange bought another Real juice pomegranate pack for 10 rupees/INR. The cost of the previous defective pack was 105, so that got adjusted in the new purchase. Overall, really good customer service from the local retail shop.
I'm satisfied that this issue was resolved as fast as possible. So marking this complaint as resolved.
Of course, since it depends on the local retailer, your experience may be very different or even the opposite.
One difference with new pack is that the manufacturing date has more of the fields marked on it. Compared to the old pack with only two.

Feedback for companies -
There are multiple date formats in use around the world. A better format to ease the life of consumers would be to print Mfd (DD/MM/YYYY) before the printed date. Or print date with the first 3 letters for the month. For example - 6 Aug 2020 instead of 6 07 2020
