This is jayesh mhatre from dombivli. I am sharing my horrible experience with dabur's real fruit juice. My family has been consuming some of dabur's products for a very long time and never have we experienced something like this before. 2 weeks ago, i bought 2 tetra packs of dabur real fruit power (Pomegranate) from kamal general stores (Kamal medical, dombivli (West) 421202. My wife, child and i were consuming the pomegranate fruit juice and while shaking the pack, i noticed something strange. I cut the tetra pack and i found a dirty piece (See the attachments), but the second tetra pack i opened seemed to be fine. We suffered stomach infection because of this. Due to the infection, i was hospitalized for 2 days. My 4 year old son suffered from fungal infections after having this disgusting product.😡

Immediately, i took a few pictures of the infected tetra pack and mailed it to them on 25 july 2020 (See the screenshots), as well as i called them on their consumer support and requested them please inspect the product and share the report of the infected tetra pack. They said, it’s pulp!😡
After a few days, one sales guy came home with 2 tetra packs, and i didn’t accept it. I requested him to share the report about the infected product again also asked for the concerned person who could take care of this to be sent.

They followed up not more than a week after that they kept ignoring us. Thats where i told them that i will take a legal action, but that didnt affect them either. I filed and raised the complaint against dabur product on food & drugs administration (HTTP://fda.maharashtra.gov.in/)
Finally, i also decided to share this on social media and bring it to everyone’s notice.
This is absolutely disappointing and disgusting! I need an immediate response on this else i’m definitely going to the consumer court.
Friends, i had to share this with you all, please share this with as many as possible, because people need to be aware of what kind of quality checks these brands go through! They claim of having 6 layer protection is #!

I bought real fruit juice on 05th aug 2020 and when i opened it to drink i found some waste or animal shell like in it. Manufacturing date on tetra pack is 28/05/2020 and it was mango juice.

Sir, i m from dharamshala himachal pradesh, there is a dealer who supplies real juice named as (D. Jitendea) in kotwali bazar, he sells product who is going to be expired in 3 months. And when we go for replacement he dont give replacement to us.. But when ur company sales man come to us they say they give full replacement... Kindly look in to this matter as we suffer from greater losses.

During use, observed dirty lump of waste material in juice

I was purchased 12 bottels of coconut water 8 are good but 4 was very bad smelly and and bad taste. my wife and my my mother get very ill after drinking that water and they both admited at hospital for 3-4 days. this issue allready share to your team by email. bottels snaps are also attached. bottels mkfd date is 09/04/2020 on the bottels. and that faulty bottels allready picked from me by your real juice sales team for testing on 17th june 2020 but still I can't recived any reply from your team I have write many time to your team for status but they can't reply. so please helo to confirm the status of this issue. otherwise In this week I get this statement to all news papper or news channel.

Yesterday i purchased one 1 kg dabur honey bottle. But today when i opened the cap there was no seal, instead the seal was glued to the cap. I have also provided the photos as proof.

I bought 3 real fruit dabur tetra pack in one of the pack i found fungus inside it...

The manufacturer date 18/01/20 19:35 & the batch no. Ru0113 04...

Don't play with the people life by providing contaminated juices...
It's so disgusting..

It is not real fruit juice...
It is real poison to those who are consuming it...

No goodness of fruit only harmful by giving us fungus...

Unhealthy product & you are recommending to give it kids...

I am writing a complaint regarding my latest purchase of real activ coconut water 200 ml bottle. I purchased the product in bulk (3 packs of 6 bottles each) and found one of them defected. It was very unhygienic, foul-smelling water. Some threaded particles are clearly visible through the bottle and i have not consumed it more than a sip because of its pathetic taste and smell. This is totally unacceptable and is of risk for human consumption. I want you to consider this and compensate for this faulty product. I have attached the images of the faulty product and threaded particles are clearly visible. If the company wants to investigate in person, i will keep the product until then. Kindly consider checking the products before dispatching them, the date of manufacturing is 20/02/2020 and the product was stated to be best for use before 6 months. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible before it is all over twitter.

On 21st june 2020 about 1:15 pm in the afternoon, i bought two (2) 180ml real juice brand one orange flavor, another is pine-apple
Whose mfd 01/20 having batch no nb20002b/2 from the store named: shanker dry fruit situated at netaji-kurla camp road in saikripa building, ulhasnagar 421004.
The product is best before 7 months from manufacturing as mentioned, but still, both the juices have failed on the quality assurance i kept one of them after half-drunk for evidence purpose.
The taste is very smelled not the actual flavor.
In this corona pandemic crisis, your company failed on the quality basis and the retailer keeps so outdated stock jan stock sold in june if sales are not in a recurring basis on such a store please stop dumping policy.
If serious action not taken then i need to look into legal actions

I found a rubber like element in the real juice 1 ltr packet.

I have being using the dabur almond oil since very long time. It is a very nice product but the packaging is of very low quality the bottle cap is of such a type that it keeps on leaking. As it is oil a liquid substance leakage is a big issue every usage is a disaster also travelling with it is almost impossible. I hope you take my grievance seriously and make changes in packing. It is a small complaint from my site

Found several worms in unexpired dabur dates which was bought yesterday.

There is issue regarding quality of glucoplus c. I have consumed this product recently but quality is not good and energetic.

I recently purchased dabur honey as i was starting my diet and i decided to quit on sugar.
I came across dabur honey in the super mart and it said “purity promised” so without giving a second thought i just got it. When i came home and checked for the ingredients its just sugar and carbohydrates. So am i lame to quit sugar and then end up eating the same in the name of honey?
Also honey does not have expiry date but this has.

Today, I have bought Real Mix Fruit juice from shop, but the juice is bitter in taste. Unfortunately my son drank one glass. Also the bottle has swollen by itself.

I purchased Dabur Real Fruit juice two weeks back manufacturing date 02/20 and today when I tried and found foreign body. Expiry date seven months from date of manufacturing

This is for your kind information that I conducted a camp for Dabur three years back. It was conducted by then Managers present Mr Ashim Maity, Field officer Mr Indranil and Dr Biplab Das.
I really sloughed hard for this camp and for the general promotion of Dabur Ayurvedic products. The whole Area where my shop is located is recognised for promotion of Dabur producs by my Aurvrdic Shop Ms EZY GO Solutions.
I still purchase your products as people have come to know of your products.
The object of this letter is to bring to kind attention that lot of products which were brought for this camp has expired long time back.
I have number of times called your Manager Mr Samir Ganguly for settlement of this products, but he didn’t turned up.
Few days back, when I called him up he said he cannot do anything and gave me the mobile number of Mr who is looking after this area (south Kolkata where my shop is located.
As I called him, I found him reluctant and said he doesn’t look after this area. Please guide me as to who will look into this.I still purchase your company’s products and I did a very good business of your company, and still doing so.
I only want your cooperation in settling my long pending dispute.

Hi,
My name is vikram singh and i am a resident of l-337/2nd floor, block l extn, mohan garden, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059 area. I have bought a juice packet for my pregnant wife and i have found a black thick dirty paper inside the juice. She already drunk it once. If you can’t sell the quality product why you even selling it? Why you playing with the life of people? This is my humble request to please stop selling these product which can harm anyone so easily. I am attaching few pics of that in this complaint. I am keeping that bottle until i got any revert from you.
