I am deepesh sharma, resides in tagore garden new delhi - 110027.

I bought dabur real juice apple flavor on friday 01-jun-18 from bansal store (D block tagore garden), on yesterday when i serving juice to guest i found there is some pulpe in to it & smell. Its mfg date is feb-18.

Let me know how can you help me on this.

Sir / madam, this is potineni ratna sekhar writing from andhra pradesh state. Recently i had purchased 2 bottles of chyawanprakash 1/2 kg product from "amazon.in" website. The product taste does not good, and it seems because of the product expiry date. My question here, why dabur is selling product after expiry perioed. Product is food related and perishable after certain perioed. And how the amazon.in retailers are selling product at expiry.

As mentioned i had purchased 2 qty of dabur chyawanprakash at 400/-, and the product does not taste good. What do with the food product. Not in consumed mode

I have got the real cranberry juice just a week back from dmart - bhayandar and was unopened. Yesterday i found it puffed. There was a joke and the juice leaked. Whole packet got puffed. Please look into it. Image is attached for your proof, so is the mfg date pic. I have another pack too, but it's alright.

One tetra pack of real gauva juice was purchased on 20.04.2018 and opened on 22 april, 2018 to serve our guests. To our horror when we were pouring the juice in the tumblers, some solid material thing like dead lizard or some other insect were found along with the juice. My wife after showing it to me threw away the juice. But the solid material, paste type has been preserved in the polypack. Some quantity of juice is also lying with me. Batch no of juice is:ru005107 and manufacturing date is 15.02.2018

I'm writing to you to bring to your notice an issue faced with the Real Fruit Juice pineapple flavour. A month before I purchased a tetra pack of the Real Fruit Juice which wasn't consumed on the same day. After 15 days or so when the pack was emptied, there was something disgusting in it, It was some kind of fungus I guess. The cap of the pack, the inside portion of the pack was all covered in fungus. I reported the issue and attached a picture of the same on the Real Fruit Juices facebook page but didn't get a response apart from a single message on the messenger. I hereby wish to bring it to your notice once again through this forum and demand a resolution of my complaint as soon as possible.

This is regarding a juice can purchased from a local retailer on 10 march 2018 unfortunately this product does not meet any quality criteria.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with your product as i can see the cockroaches and other such stuff lying in the juice. Also, this is the brand that i have been consuming since childhood. Now i came to know why i am suffering from health issues and lost all my hairs.

Juice is something that people purchase to maintain their health and you guys are doing exactly the vice versa of the same. I can’t even imagine the type of hygiene that you guys maintain at your production area and this is seriously a very critical issue which should be bought to limelight in media so that the people should be aware and stop consuming your juice, also this matter needs to be highlighted to the higher authority to stop the production and take the appropriate action on you guys. Sir i m brand concious so i always purchase real brand mixed fruit juice in my daily routine ; this purchasing i will never forget bcz this time when i opened the seal pack then some unwanted garvage were present in to the bottle & the whole cap were covered with black fungus. There is also a gas formation in to bottle pack

I have recently purchased dabur's sitopladi churna which has dust particles in it. Some time back also i had purchased dabur's sitopladi churna and it had dust particles however, at that time i could purchase zandu's sitopladi churna for my problem.

However, presently the zandu's product is not available.

Please let me know how i can get my money back which i had spent on purchasing dabur's sitopladi churna (Approx. 104 rs.)

I have purchased dabur chyawanprash with mfg 07/17. I found some non eatable particles in dabur chyawanprash. I have the particles and also captured pictures.
I want to know what are these particles and is the remaining chyawanprash can be consumed?
I am regular consumer of chyawanprash, and i did not find these before this. So i clearly suspect that these particles are not expected.

I purchase dabur honey in 1/2 kg pack which lost its colour and became white in this winters for simple test i brought zandu honey the colour of which remained brown in the winters. This proves that dabur honey contains only sugar and thus, became white.

Sir it is abig failure on part of dabur to pay no attention to the consumer. I brought a real juice product which produced a foul smell. I contacted costumer care atleast 30 times but my no action has been taken yet. This is a major harassment by dabur. It has been total negligence on part of dabur. The consumer care deptt is totally non coopreative. I want my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible

Old hajmola was too good.. now new hajmola with new packing is not that much tasty..
It's totally different from old one .. the dark brown bottle with yellow lid..
Please use the old recipe for regular hajmola..
New one is like chat masala only.. there is no comparison between old n new hajmola..
Please make it as before..

I have been a customer of dabur for last 25 years, but i have never seen this before. My 6 year old kid used 1 litre tetra pack of real pomegranate juice in dec 2018 and consumed it. After that he got serious stomach ache and we got him given some medicine but he is still complaining. Today on 21st january 2018 when my wife opened it fully to through it in dustbin, she found that the content was of substandard taste.

Upon opening she observed foul smell coming out from pack. It seems some thing is decomposed in product. It is major health hazard which was adverted by my kid and me as i has also tasted it.

I have already make a complaint to dabur to their email id but there is no response as such for my complaint. If no action will be taken then i will sue company for selling such substandard products.

The product contains fine metal wire which looks like fibre and also apparently artificial fibre. This is highly dangerous and the quality control appears to be nowhere near the name dabur.

Is it that the product is offered free with honey and that's why the quality dies not matter?

I wsh to bring to you notice a case of blatant miscommunication by dabur
I bought a pack of dabur honey in sept - its price was printed as rs 160 after a discount - original rs 195
Bought a pack form my grocer today - it had an offer buy 1 get 1 free. The price printed was rs 260? How is that possible?

The price should have been rs 160 or maximum 195. If the second pack was free. Kindly explain. Or was the price raised to rs 260? What is the justification for the huge price hike?

I bought a dabur sat isabgol two months back, but it was dark in colour and was not good for intake. But i ignored and threw it.
Today i bought one more dabur sat isabgol it was normal in colour but it when i took it in milk i found lot of soil particles comming in mouth.. This is very disappointing for such a renowned brand.
