Dabur — Odomos Mosquito Killer Racquet Not Working

Dear Odomos Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Odomos Mosquito Killer Racquet that I recently purchased 15-Nov-2023 buy on flipkart. Despite following the instructions provided, the racquet does not charging or not working properly.

I have submitted online claim & called there many times till now. But not to be resolved & I am send to my bill copy.

I am quite concerned about the quality of this product and would like to request a replacement. I believe that I am entitled to a product that is effective in keeping mosquitoes at bay, especially given the potential health risks associated with mosquito bites.

I look forward to hearing back from you regarding my concerns and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
