Dear sir,
I have purchased Four Daikan 2 Tonne A.c in July 2017, since the day of Purchase in one of the A.C when we start the A.C the water from A.C started to ooze out like Rainwater, even after constant calling the Local service center the problem is still not resolved even after one year, what is the use to purchase a new ac if we do not get after sales service, if the problem is not resolved by you within seven working days i will be bound to move to consumer court for your product .kindly do the needful.

We have been getting repaired our Cassette inverter ACs reparied every now and then, the service quality is very poor and problem keeps repeating. We are planning to replace all 200 acs across our stores. Due to poor service quality from diakin.
