Complaint marked as Resolved As i registered my complaint on consumer complaints portal after 2 days daikin customer care representative has called me and asked about problem. i have explained my problem and he has raised a complaint and said that out daikin technician will contact you soon. after 2 days the technician has called me and ask to visit the site. i said ok and he came to check the problem but that time the problem has not been resolved and he said to bring the unit at company workshop.
next day they brought unit at workshop and checked it. after solving the problem they have angain installed unit at my home and now it is working fine. after that cutomer care representative called me and ask about problem resolution. i said the problem has resolved.
But again after 10 to 15 days the problem started and i again registered the complaint but till now the issue has not resolved. i asked the technician about the problem even he dont know why the problem is raising again and again.
Sir, daikin has supplied me a defective peace. and they are not even trying to resolve my problem.

Earlier also engineer have done like that... After repairing AC worked fine for 10 to 15 days but after that it again started problem so it's under testing now.

Sir, my issue has not resolved yet. As I explained earlier that it will work fine for 5-10 days so it's raising noise again. About this I again registered a complaint On 03/06/2019 and again engineer visited and putted some piece of rubber into it the noise has disappear for 3-4 hours. And now on 5/06/2019 it's raising loud noise.
Sir I am completely frustrated from the daikin's services and it's engineers services. They are trying to fix the problem by using some piece of rubber.
Sir, Daikin has supplied me a completely defected piece but now they want to fix the problem by inserting the pieces of rubber in between the different parts of outer unit. What the rubbish they are doing. Daikin has looted 40000 rs. And now they are not trying to give the customer support.
Sir I have shared some images of outer unit in which you I'll come to know that how they have have done JUGAD to solve the problem by inserting pieces of rubber. And I also shared my AC bill.

Updated by Umeshchaudhary सर मैंने जबसे ये AC लिया है तब से ही में ये प्रॉब्लम face कर रहा हूँ। आज मुझे 2 साल से भी ज्यादा हो गए। अभी तक डाइकिन मेरी प्रॉब्लम को सॉल्व नहीं नहीं कर पाया है। ये बड़ी शर्म की बात है। अगर डाइकिन सही प्रोडक्ट और सर्विस नहीं दे सकती तो बंद कर दो कंपनी। लेकिन लोगों के साथ धोखा और लूट मत करो।
