NO BODY IS PICKING CALL ON THESE MOBILE NUMBERS
The call had been logged on App "One DIOS" many times but they are closing the call as "Completed" without even visiting the site.
How can they closed the call...without visiting & without completion code which you share as SMS on registered mobile no.
Here are the ref ID for your reference, request to escalate internally to your senior team and get the issue rectified.
