I have purchased Daikin inverter AC last month. The outer swing of the AC isn't working after the installation from 3days. I raised a query, talked to their customer care but none responded back. They always say that spare parts need to come from the main branch and they didn't receive yet. This has been the only answer from past one month. It is really pathetic to be a customer of Daikin. I seriously warn the company to replace with a new AC and respond back as soon as possible. Else serious action will be taken as it not a toy to just throw off. I appreciate a quick replacement and response from you

    Subject : Regarding quality control for Daikin PCB AC 250V 20A FU3
    Desirable resolution of complaint : Refund of 4555.04 /- INR which is charged excessively due to bad quality PCB used in Daikin AC's

    Incident Description : Daikin split AC 1.5 ton purchased on 08/03/2020 which I was using since last 2 years, this AC has some manufacturing problem which was observed intermittently. After lots of explanation and troubleshooting with Daikin service staff able to catch the problem with PCB AC 250V 20A FU3 weird behavior.

    During the PCB investigation all 3 fuse (FU3) behavior observed, all 3 fuse (FU3) was was working as expected as per voltmeter readings, none touched the device except Daikin service staff.

    Query : If all fuse are working as expected then how PCB can be faulty within 2 years where fuse used as a preventive measure in circuit, also user handed over the faulty PCB to technical service staff for further investigation for future betterment.

    Expectation : User is unhappy with the way 4555.04 /- INR charged for a faulty device, and expecting refund for the same along with apology letter for the inconvenience.

      I would like to introduce myself as a loyal customer of Daikin who has been impressed with the quality of the air conditioner which I had for the past 6 years. After being impressed with the first AC, We as a family decided unanimously that we will go for Daikin Air Conditioner for the second time also as we have good service and quality with you.

      Hence we bought an AC on[protected] with the same trust that was proven by Daikin in my past experience. I was also promised two free maintenance services by Daikin at the time of purchase which added to my confidence. Out of which, I was actually given only one service and the other service was not even offered.

      On[protected], I had raised an issue with customer care stating that my AC was not working and a technician was appointed swiftly to look into the issue.

      After investigation, I was told that the PCB board was not working and had to be replaced. I was asking if there was a warranty and I was told that PCB warranty is only for 12 months for AC which was bought before[protected]. However had I bought one month later, I would have got a 5 year PCB warranty on the same AC. Having a airconditioner for just 1.5 years and replacing a PCB board is probably unlikely behaviour in Daikin especially with my past history with Daikin on my previous ACs.

      I do understand that company policies change over time and there are some collateral damages to some because of that.

      I would like you to consider my repair under warranty this time as there is only one month of difference between my date of purchase and warranty policy change considering my loyalty to Daikin and the time difference between policy change.

      Currently, I'm being charged for the PCB Board 6800 Rupees and for the labour charges 800 Rupees for buying the air conditioner one month earlier than the warranty policy.

      Kindly request you to consider and give some exemption for my service under warranty.

        Fifth time the service team visited .Now they changed the capilliary and some other parts and said now your ac is functioning.This is to inform you that still ac is not cooling and not even the water is gushing out of the outlet pipe. Kindly look into the matter.It has become a mental harrassment .Apart from these I have to take a leave from job the no of times service team visits .Moreover the service team was so smart to declare that ac is working.If ac is working why does the water is not being pumped out of the outlet pipe .I am really now disappointed.

        Sorry to tell that your service team head Mr Arun whose cell no is 91 [protected] of Breeze Air Solution has given a false report to customer care that ac is cooling.And now he is not answering also.Thisis to inform that ac is not working and infact service team is trying to fool us.How many days more will have to wait for the solution.

          Hi,

          I bought a split ac 4 years back. It wasn't cooling so got service for gas refill done by Daikin. While doing gas refill, they found service valve was not working, so they replaced it and did not even return the faulty one.After service valve change Daikin found PCB was not working. So I asked for the mto put in a request to get new PCB. However, it has been 2 weeks and still new PCB has not been sent by Daikin.
          If we call customer care numbers, IVR asks to submit a request online. Customer care numbers trried:

          If I call Daikin's technician directly on[protected], they keep on saying we will get pcb today and send technician tomorrow to install. It has been going on for 2 weeks.

          Such pathetic service being rpovided by Daikin. They are just fooling customers with their services.

          These were the SR's that I opened. Now, I received another call on Tuesday from another of your Partners # Unique Cool Point. When i told them that PCB has to be changed... their respose was...ohho..pcb change hona hai...wo to mehnga aata hai. What's the problem here... are they paying from their pocket?

          When 1st time AC repair was attended, your technician - Samir told me pcb was of 4700 something.
          When 2nd time your technician called me... told me sir galat rate bataaya hai.. 6700 ka hota hai pcb.
          When 3rd time your technician called me from unique cool point...sir galata rate bataaya hai 8-9000 ka hota hai pcb.

          Even I droped mail to [protected]@daikinindia.com on Monday, I didnot get any response to that.
          Please proide the service you people promise for while selling.

          Hi,

          So yesterday finally after 20 days pcb got replaced. I paid 7400. However, still AC is non functional, because first time when gas refill was done on 5th April..technician took out all the gas after refilling it and he charged 3540 for an empty tank. Technician who came today, mob. # [protected] said gas refill guy will come in evening. When I called him again..he said he will come tomorrow first thing in the morning. I have called him 5-6 times today however there is no response.

          I have already paid 12500 to daikin and still the AC is not fixed. Can you please send someone to fill i nthe gas...hot weather here is becoming unbearable now.

            I brought a new Daikin Split AC for my parents on 12 April 2022 and got it installed on 15 April 2022. The ac even after working for 30 min didnot do any cooling. My parents are facing inconvenience. I am using O general and Bluestar AC. I request you to take actions immediately as I have never expected such poor show from such a good brand like Daikin. I request to please act immediately so my parents are not in pain because of this ac and the summer.

              Such a horrible service from Daikin. From last 2 month my ac is not working. I am waiting for pcb part from last one month and pune service provider send me wrong pcb part after one month waiting. What kind of service you give to your customers. Such a shamefull company. Im going to file a complaint against Daikin in consumer court.

                I purchased AC in the year 2020.My AC is not cooling more than one month elapsed I book a service request no 25785548 on 13.3.22 which was attended by Sri Nath Tech Kanpur UP. They close the request with out resolveing the problem. When I raise the matter to higher official the service provider took my both unit for checking at workshop after three days they install the unit but problem is not resolve.
                Please help me for resolving my AC cooling problem.

I'm using Daikin AC, 1.5 ton almost four year, I'm booking complaint ac is not working, we try many calls to shefali enterprises..but no put up phone..after 4 days..service person come to my home and removing panel board and said problem is pcb..keep it him and said 2 or 3 days want to more to solve it... today is 5th day, still not responding what happened what problem, how much time taken for clearance. Many time I'm asking but no response . What type of service is this ?very bad service given by daikin.due to their bad service dealers shefali enterprises..

                    Bought 2 Acs from Daikin, but rarely used and still in warranty not even 4 months old, one of them stopped working in march, technician said it was gas leak due to improper installation by daikin, got the problem resolved by refilling gas, after 20 days same ac stopped working, technician said need to replace circuit board, its on 26 march its 6 April now still my ac stripped and left in balcony, its almost 2 weeks either customer care or the dealer don’t know when part will come and my ac will be fixed, its peak summer now, i wish i have not opted for daikin, the authorised dealer response is not at all professional, moreover i contacted regional office even they can’t do anything, @Daikin India why advertise false service ads when u can’t fix a ac even after a week, and make me suffer like this, i will make sure that my friends and family won’t buy ac’s from daikin so that they wont suffer the way i’m now.                     I have 3 Daikin split acs, 1 AC has cooling issue and I raised a complaint no[protected] days back, firstly after rigorous follow ups of 5 days, engineer came but not bake to understand issue and doing hot and trial for 4 days. When he was not able to understand issue he proposed to replace PCV of AC ( which will cost around 12k). From last 7 days I am chasing service partner - Global enterprise (mohali) but he is not picking my calls and not responding to mags.

                    My trust on Daikin and have promised myself that will never recommend nor buy any Daikin products for whole my life.

                    I have these acs installed at my home and from last 15 days sleeping without ACs in 42 degrees.

                    I hope this reached Daikin india CEO - kanwaljeet jawa and he knows the service his proud organisation to his customers

                        2017 i have purchase jtkm35srv16 ac
                        after 4 years i request daikin service for cooling problem. Service person found its a pcb fault, but ac running still running. But not cooling 100%.After 1 year again i have send mail for replacement.Dealer said it will take one week. But within two days they said pcb ready and 1 only 1 month warranty. My qustion is pcb really from daikin ? than why no warrenty for valuable product ? how i identifi pcb new & its daikin supplied product.Now i going to purchase other daikin ac only after clarification for above message.Daikin has no transparency

                          Split AC outdoor unit not working.

                          Model no. DTKL50TV16U
                          Pitched the Split AC in 2018. Suddenly the outdoor unit starts cutting out randomly. Daikin technician visited from M/s Cool Care and said the outdoor unit needs to be serviced and charged ₹1050. Still the problem did not resolve.                           With in 2 year the AC Outdoor Unit PCB was fault with the cost of 11k as per technician, he changed it but still outdoor unit is not working. It's been almost 15 days my ac is not working. First It shows F3 error in remote so technician guys said to me it's sensor problem and he changed it but again same issue happen so then he said it's pcb problem so then he changed pcb also then now he said it's leakage problem so he fill up gas but still it's not working.outdoor unit still trip in 1 min.
                          Now total work quotation us appx 15k as per technician.
                          Didn't expect this from brand like daikin.

                            Daikin Pathetic after-sales service.

                            I am having my worst ever experience with Daikin.

                            We purchased a Daikin AC on 3/Oct 2021 from Amazon.in and got it installed. Filed a service request on 30/Mar as the cooling is poor, under Ref 25994781. Their agent PP Ent called asking Rs650 visiting charge - and said the cost of gas will be further Rs3450. This was even without checking if any problem in unit. Their rep visited on 31/Mar with an attitude problem, opened unit...

                              Daikin 1.5 t inverter 3 star split ac, model no. DTKL50TV16V, RKL50TV16V. Sl no. ID : 0039881, OD ; 0109268 purchase date 13/04/2019. rs.40000/=
                              I complained for the issue mentioned in the subject 6 months back. Local technician came and attended the problem based on the direction of authorized daikin service center @ kumbakonam. he sorted out and concluded to replace the mother board. I asked him to do so. two months back technician from kumbakonam came along with local person and replaced so called new mother board. paid rs. 9000/= for the mother board cost apart from service charge. now, the ac unit is facing the same issue.
                              kindly ask the competent authority to send a skilled technician in order to service the ac unit and let it in working condition

                                Our split ac was not working so we called diakin service centre. The person who came to repair ac, he just had a look for less than a minute and said gas issue is there.he told us to pay rs550 just for having a look and doing nothing..he forced us to give money.we had no choice, we paid.tgis is wrong way to earn money.. why should we give our hard earned money for doing nothing? Have some fear of God atleast..give our money back..and stop looting people..

                                  Your service department unable to detect the problem till now ( today is 31st March 2022 )
                                  Last they visited on 26th March 2022 & informed me that on Monday I. e, on 28th March 2022 they will pick up the ac units for repair ( in daikin workshop), today is 31st March 2022 still no one comes to pick up the airconditioner.
                                  Totally unprofessional approach towards the customer.
                                  Highly disappointed with the service of Daikin.
                                  Hope after getting this mail they will do something to fix the problem.
