[Resolved]  Daikin Air Conditioners / — Failure of PCB Board with in 2 years


We have purchased DAIKIN ETKL50TV AC from Reliance Retail Limited, Flat No 41 & 42, CTH Road, Near Sangamam Hotel, Ambattur, Chennai-600053 as per Tax Invoice#[protected] Dt 15/10/2019 17:18:57.

The Reliance Resq team came for Installation to my home on 17.10.2019 around 01.00 PM and started the installation process and found Gas leak and Heat wave coming from AC Indoor Unit and after installation completed High Noise coming from Outer unit Fan also. They took photo and Invoice copy for complaint to HO and assure us for replacement of Indoor and Outdoor unit. After some Days RIL Digital return the Faulty Daikin AC and replace with NEW AC.

Now again the Daikin AC was in Trouble, the AC Compressor was not working due to Outdoor Unit PCB Board was fault as per your Resq Team Person Mr. Kalai Sevam[protected]. We requested a Job card for the same and he has not yet shared it with us except for the cash bill attach this mail.

We are wondering how the Outdoor unit PCB Board was faulty within 2 year. When we purchased the time itself AC was not working properly due to Faulty AC supplied by RIL to us.

This will create a bad image in the DAIKIN AC.

Kindly help us to resolve the issue ASAP
